Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 17th September 2023 episode starts with Mohit confessing that he tried to attempt suicide so he tells Kashvi to not confuse that incident with an accident as he did all the things intentionally.

Kashvi gets angry with him and asks the reason while he says that he loves Mahima a lot so he cannot live without her.

He tells her that his family already does not like Mahima but he still went against his family to marry Mahima.

He blames Kashvi for breaking his marriage and asks her to leave him alone for some time.

On the other hand, Arjun wonders where is Kashvi as she is not in her office when suddenly Kashvi comes and asks all the family members to come out.

Arjun asks her what happened and she says that once everyone comes then he can see it with his own eyes only.

After some time, Mahima comes out and Kashvi asks for an apology from her but Mahima says that she will not forgive her unless she bows her head on her feet.

Dadi feels offended and she scolds Mahima but she ignores Dadi and Kashvi goes to Mahima and as she bends down, Arjun comes there.

Arjun stops her from doing this and says that he will bend down at the feet of Mahima,

Meanwhile, Mahima says that she is okay with that too.

Nitya gets angry with Arjun and she asks him to think about his self-respect but he says that Kashvi is more important to him than his self-respect.

Arjun and Kashvi argue over this matter while Mahima interrupts in between and asks both of them to bend down.

Dadi shouts at Mahima and asks how can she think of such kind of things then Mahima gives a befitting reply to her.

Kashvi yells at her for shouting at Dadi so Mahima says that she is going from there as this drama will not end easily.

Arjun stops her and says that both of them will ask for an apology from her and he tells Kashvi that he will support her in every situation as per his wedding vows.

Kashvi gets emotional and agrees to him and both of them bends down.

Romila asks them to stop as she takes Mahima with her to a room and explains that if Arjun does so then she will not be able to get Arjun back into her life.

Mahima agrees to her and comes out and stops Arjun and Kashvi from bending and she also says that she was doing wrong.

She says that she will call Mohit and ask him to continue the wedding functions after which Kashvi tells her that Mohit tried to attempt suicide.

Mahima does an act of showing concern for Mohit and goes to meet him while Dadi praises Romila for explaining the right things to Mahima.

On the next day, they start the celebration while Mohit's mother scolds Dadi for Mahima's weird behavior.

After that, Dadi advises Mahima to ask for an apology from Mohit's mother but she refuses to do so and says that Mohit is okay with her behavior so she does not care about anybody else.
