Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 18th February 2023 episode starts with Revati knocking on the door of Samrat’s room while Nayan speedily shuts Samrat’s mouth by inserting a handkerchief in it due to which Samrat’s desperation to reach Revati fails.

Revati gets in trouble when Samrat doesn’t open the door meanwhile Nayan writes a letter about Samrat being busy composing a song and drops the letter to Revati through the space under the door.

Revati apologizes Samrat to disturb him and goes to Nayan’s room. Revati gets surprised to see Nayan and Prem’s disappearance and asks the maid the reason for their absence.

Maid tells Revati that Nayan has left for her house and Revati gets proud of her to show Nayan her real status just in one night.

Meanwhile, Nayan and Prem begin to paint Samrat’s face with the paint brushes and make him look like a joker.

Samrat enrages Nayan by asking her to be within her limits as this will lead her to face hard consequences.

On the other hand, Revati notices Chintu coming into her house to meet Prem and Nayan due to which she realizes that Nayan and Prem are still present in the house and speedily goes upstairs to check Samrat’s room.

Revati asks Vikaas to get the keys to Samrat’s room as she knew that Nayan would not open the door upon hearing a knock from her.

Using the keys, Revathi opens the door and gets shocked to see Samrat’s condition.

Samrat feels relaxed seeing his mom and elaborates on the torture that Nayan has done to his face.

Revati asks Nayan to be within her limits or else she will throw Nayan out of the house to which Nayan reminds Revathi about the court inspection in the house every week and threatens her with speaking the truth to the officer.

Meanwhile, Vikaas (servant) informs Revati about the director who has come to meet her for a photoshoot.

Revathi gets terrified and tells Samrat to get ready as she has scheduled the photo shoot for him to gain publicity.

On the other hand, Samrat gets dressed up for the shoot and approaches his team wherein his director asks him about his wife coming to see his photo shoot.

Samrat asks the director if Nayan can join the photoshoot with him. Samrat’s brain gets flooded with thoughts to take revenge on Nayan by provoking her insecurities by making her a model in his photoshoot.

He approaches Nayan and throws a dress at her and orders her to wear it for the photo shoot, however, Nayan tells him that no one can force her to get her pictures done with Samrat in a short dress.

Meanwhile, Revati brings a rod and catches Prem in her hands while she threatens Nayan for beating him if Nayan refuses the photoshoot.

Prem begins to cry on seeing Revati’s terror due to which Nayan’s heart melts and she agrees with Revati and Samrat for the shoot.

Revati forcefully takes Prem to her room and asks him to shut his mouth till she returns back while Samrat appreciates Revati’s smart move for making Nayan ready for the shoot by faking an act to beat Prem.

Internally, Revathi thinks that it is not just an act to threaten Nayan under Prem’s name as she can do anything to let Prem down even if it’s beating him with the rod in real.
