Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 18th October 2023 episode starts with the Doctor advising Kashvi to wear the band on her hand as she has a sprain there while he also applies ointment on her forehead.

After that, the lady who brought Kashvi to the hospital says to her that she is a good woman while Kashvi asks her not to tell her about these things to her husband.

The lady calls Arjun and tells him everything that happened with Kashvi while Arjun panics and directly rushes toward the hospital.

After reaching the hospital, Arjun wonders how Kashvi fought with the bull and asks her to promise him that she will not repeat this thing in the future.

He is also about to say that he loves her so much then he suddenly stops and Kashvi asks him to continue what he is saying when he says that he cares for her a lot while he murmurs that after two days he will express his feelings to Kashvi.

After that, Arjun brings Kashvi home, and he asks Dadi if she left her in Jhansi in her childhood leading Dadi to ask why is he saying so when he says that Kashvi fought with the bull.

Jagdish asks him to be proud of Kashvi instead of scolding her when Arjun says that he will postpone the factory’s opening when Mahima asks how can he do so as he has done so much hard work for the project.

Kashvi tries to convince him to do the opening of the factory tomorrow only when Arjun finally agrees to her but he also says that he has a wish to serve the homemade ladoo made by Kashvi.

After that, Mahima says that she will make Ladoo with Kashvi’s help and Kashvi agrees to help her while Arjun takes Kashvi to her room so that she can rest.

Meanwhile, Nitya asks Mahima why is she helping Kashvi when Mahima tells her that it’s part of her plan.

Later on the next day, Mahima does all the preparation and Kashvi helps her in making ladoos when they put the ladoo in Mandir as Prasad.

Kashvi tells everyone that Mahima made all the ladoos herself when Romila praises her while Monty says that he wants to eat them.

Dadi says that after the Factory’s opening, they can have it while Mahima asks Arjun to come with her to a few works at the factory but Dadi asks her to go alone.

Arjun says that he will go with Mahima as he has some urgent work while Romila says that they will buy a gift for Arjun on the way.

Meanwhile, Arjun is surprised by seeing the decoration of the factory and Mahima tells him that she had made the necessary arrangements on her own.

After that, Arjun asks her why she bought him early when she says that she wants to help him propose to Kashvi.

On the other hand, Micky secretly eats the laddoo and starts vomiting due to food poisoning while Kashvi gets afraid as the same ladoos are going to be served to the guest at the factory’s opening.
