Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 18th September 2023 episode starts with Mahima telling Dadi that Mohit is always with her and he is ready to support her so she does not care what others think about her.

Shobhna tells Dadi that this is the real side of Mahima so Dadi scolds Mahima and tells her that she is her mother-in-law so she cannot behave like this with her.

Mahima gets angry and goes from there while Dadi asks for an apology from Shobhna and says that Mahima is a little immature as she does not think before speaking.

Later on the next day, Nitya addresses a meeting regarding the security of an international summit that is going to be held in Faridabad.

On the other hand, Mohit and Mahima start dance practice but she gets uncomfortable while dancing with him.

She yells at him and asks him to learn quickly as they only have one day so she asks him to be quick.

After that Mahima asks for help from Arjun to dance with her so that Mohit can learn the steps by observing.

Arjun refuses to help but Romila forces him to dance with Mahima so that Mohit can pick up fast.

Mohit also insists that Arjun dances with Mahima but he gets uncomfortable while dancing with her.

Meanwhile, Kashvi comes and feels bad seeing Arjun and Mahima dancing together.

Arjun gets nervous and asks Kashvi why she came early today then she asks why can't she come early.

She directly asks Mahima why she is dancing with Arjun Mahima tells her that Mohit is not able to dance properly so she asks Arjun for help so that Mohit can learn by observing.

Kashvi says that now she will dance with Arjun and asks Mahima and Mohit to carefully observe their dance.

They start to dance while Mahima falls on the floor and says that now she will not dance today after that she goes from there.

After a few hours, Arjun takes Mohit with him to a tattoo shop and asks him to make a permanent tattoo of Mahima's name as she will feel special so he makes the tattoo.

After reaching home, Mohit shows his tattoo to Mahima and she is surprised to see it.

Kashvi asks Mahima to forgive Mohit now so Mahima says that now she is not angry with him as she has shown such a beautiful romantic gesture.

Romila says that her husband has never done such cute things for her then everyone starts laughing.

Mohit tells Kashvi that the idea of making a tattoo was given by Arjun and he also tells her that Arjun also got a tattoo for her on his hand.

She is surprised to hear that and asks more about it so he says that he made a tattoo of her initial alphabet.

Kashvi directly goes into her room and starts wondering if Arjun also loves her and Arjun comes there after having a shower.
