Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 20th February 2023 episode starts with Nayantara asking Samrat if he's going to the school with her or not.

Sam reluctantly says yes and goes to change while telling Revati that he wonders how he'll handle Nayan for six months.

Nayan recalls calling the inspection officer from the court and requesting her to come today and not the next day since they are going to the picnic with Prem.

Later, at the school, Sam gets surrounded by children who are his fans while Chintu tells Prem that he should tell everyone that Sam is his father.

However, Prem refuses as he states that Sam does not consider him as his son.

Nayan tells Samrat that they should go into the Parent-Teacher meeting but Samrat refuses to do it.

Sam goes away from her while Nayan thinks that she has a plan for this too and Sam will soon ask her about it.

Afterward, Sam is in the bathroom wondering how he ended up in this situation while his pant's zipper breaks.

He calls Nayan and tells him to help her while she tells him that she's in the parent-teacher meeting.

Nayan thinks about how she intentionally tempered with the zipper and tells Samrat that Prem is coming to help him.

Further, Nayan gives a safety pin to Prem and tells him to give this to Samrat in the washroom.

Back at the mansion, Malti overhears Revati talking to the goon who was driving the truck in Shimla and records her.

Revati scolds the goon while telling him that she had to lie and that she only wanted to scare Mohit and Ishaani when in fact she wanted to kill them.

Back in the school washroom, Sam angrily asks Prem what idea has Nayan given him.

Prem scolds Sam and tells him to act nice if he wants the solution.

Sam acts nice and requests Prem to help him to which Prem calls him a good boy and helps him with his zipper.

Further, they both come out of the bathroom and Nayan gets happy seeing both of them interacting.

Back at the mansion, Malti runs away from there while Revati runs after her.

Malti continues recording while Rewati grabs her by the stairs and threatens to kill her.

Malti says that she has heard everything and is going to tell the family about it.

Rewathi states that she will kill her before that and pushes her down the stairs.

As Revati sees the bloodied body of Malti and smiles over her victory, she gets shocked to see Samrat and Nayantara entering the house.

They rush to Malti and call the ambulance while Revathi lies that Malti slipped and fell from the stairs.

On the other hand, Ishaani is about to leave the studio when one of the crew members come there with two dresses and asks her to choose which one she is going to wear.

Raghav intervenes and states that she is going to wear the pink dress since she is so fair and beautiful.

However, Ishaani tells him that he must be getting his wife a pink lehenga too and leaves telling the crew that she is going to wear the blue dress.

Raghav thinks to himself that Ishaani is surely different while Ishaani gets a call from the hospital and she rushes there.

Later, at the hospital, Ishani blames Samrat while Nayan calms her saying that he was with her the whole time.
