Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 20th November 2023 episode starts with Kashvi scolding Birju for kidnapping Karun without any reason, saying that she will end the game that he has started.

Birju says that he will cut Karun in pieces so that people’s souls will start to shiver after seeing that when Kashvi warns him.

Further, Birju’s goons are angry at her and they are about to beat her but Kashvi ruthlessly beats them as one woman army.

Kashvi panics after hearing his voice and throws a stick at one of the goon while Arjun hides behind the drum and hears the bullet’s sound, worrying about Karun.

In the meantime, Kashvi manages to help Karun to escape the factory but Birju holds her neck when Karun says that he will not go without her.

However, Kashvi forces him to run so he goes away.

Kashvi beats the goons while Birju slaps her and she falls on the floor while his goons beat Kashvi’s team and decides to call the backup team.

She searches for her phone but it has been misplaced and gets damaged while Karun comes out of the factory and finds Arjun over there.

Arjun gets emotional and hugs him, saying that he will take him away from there while Kashvi’s officer waits for Kashvi’s response.

Elsewhere, Kashvi holds the stick and starts beating the goon.

Birju shoots into the fire and asks Kashvi to stand still and throw the stick leading her to follow the instruction while Birju asks her team not to take any action otherwise, he will kill her.

Kashvi asks her team not to listen him and asks them to take action while Birju says that he will kill her now.

He puts a black cover over her face, saying that he will show the game of her death to everyone.

Meanwhile, Arjun changes his clothes and hugs Karun while Karun asks him to save Kashvi mentioning her just aunty.

Arjun is surprised to hear that while Karun says that she is the one who saved his life every time, he insists on saving his aunty when Arjun promises him to save her.

He thinks if it’s Kashvi who saved his child, he will interrogate about it in depth while Kashvi tells Birju that she is satisfied as she saved the life of Karun which triggers Birju’s anger.

In the meantime, he hangs her while Arjun reaches in factory to save her and Arjun again notices the anklets on her feet.

He goes running inside and kicks in Birju’s leg so that he falls down and he gives support to Kashvi so that she can breathe while Birju asks him who is he.

Arjun ignores him when Birju goes to kill him with the knife but the officer reaches on time and saves Kashvi by arresting Birju while Arjun gets to see Kashvi and is shocked to see her.

Meanwhile, Kashvi gets unconscious and Arjun cries after seeing her, asking the officer to call an ambulance because Kashvi needs urgent treatment.

The officer asks him to go and look after Karun when he goes to see Karun and hands over Kashvi to the officers.
