Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 20th September 2023 episode starts with Nitya scolding Kashvi for her unprofessional behaviour and telling her that she keeps her personal and professional life separate.

Nitya goes from there and the child's father asks Kashvi about the situation as the child starts doing blood vomiting.

Kashvi asks them to come with her in her car and after reaching there, the doctor admits the child.

On the other hand, Nitya gives instructions to her team and searches for Kashvi when the Police tell her that she has gone to the hospital with that couple.

Nitya gets angry with Kashvi and says that she will not tolerate it as Kashvi works under her and she is supposed to follow her rules.

Meanwhile, the doctor appears there and says that the child has gone into a coma and informs them that if they had come early, they could have prevented him from reaching the coma stage. 

The doctor tells Kashvi that they have to wait for the next 48 hours otherwise the situation will become critical for the child.

On the other hand, Mohit requests Arjun to teach him dance when Arjun says that he will teach once Kashvi is back.

After a while, Kashvi comes and refuses to dance, asking them to continue the practice and she will join them later on as she is tired right now.

She directly goes to her room and washes her face while Arjun appears in the room, asking about the matter as she looks upset.

Kashvi wonders whether she should tell about the incident to Arjun or not.

She asks him to relax as there is nothing serious, making Arjun ask her if she is speaking the truth or not.

She replies positively when Arjun asks to hug him and proceeds while Arjun says that he is always there to support her.

Further, he comes to the hall along with Kashvi and asks everyone to come with him to open the mountainous area so that they can learn the dance properly.

They go there and Arjun offers chips to Kashvi, trying to get closer to her when suddenly Mahima yells at Mohit for not doing the practice properly.

Mohit comes to Arjun,  asking for help when Kashvi and Arjun get ready to teach them dance but suddenly it starts to rain.

Everyone goes under the shed while Arjun and Kashvi do a romantic dance in the rain,  making Mahima jealous of their happily married life. 

She asks Mohit to dance with her in the rain but Mohit refuses to do so when Mahima takes him forcefully with her to dance in the rain.

She pushes Mohit towards Arjun so that he cannot get closer to Kashvi when suddenly they stop to dance.

Kashvi notices that Mohit's tattoo is being washed under the rain,  making Mahima scold him for lying to her.
