Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 21st February 2023 episode starts with Nayantara and Ishani panicking about Malti's condition.

However, the doctor asks them to stay calm and informs them to check their blood group as there is very less time and one among them has to donate blood.

Both Ishani and Nayantara prepare to check their blood but what surprises Nayantara is Samrat too gets ready to donate blood.

Inside the blood-checking room, Nayantara gets a message on her phone but as she is in bed for blood checking, she asks Samrat to check her phone.

Samrat, after being a bit uncomfortable, checks her phone and gets shocked on seeing something.

After a while, the doctor asks only one of them to stay in the hospital.

Nayantara decides to stay and Samrat also decides to support Nayantara and stay with her.

Revati is revengeful as she decides not to let Malti recover, but rather to kill her before she gets conscious because otherwise, she will spill Revati's truth to everyone.

At night when no one is around, Revati dresses up as a nurse to sneak into Malti's room.

Revati finally enters Malti's chamber and tries to kill her.

Suddenly all the lights get turned on and Samrat faces her mother Revati and feels ashamed.

Samrat informs Revati that he already knew about the plan and has placed a pillow under the sheet to trap Revati and that Malti is safe in a wheelchair.

He also says that he was the one to ask the doctor to tell them that Malti's condition is critical.

In the flashback, Samrat watches the video of Revati confessing about killing Ishani and Mohit in Nayantara's phone.

He also goes to check Malti's phone from reception and finally gets clarification that Revati is the guilty one.

Although Samrat couldn't believe his eyes, the video showed the truth.

At present Malti confesses before getting hurt that she sent Revati's truth through a video to Nayantara.

Samrat asks why Revati tried killing them, especially in their own home.

Revati tries to stop him as she is his mom and also tells him that it was necessary to fight and that sometimes it doesn't matter if it is right or wrong.

However, Samrat clearly states it is wrong because it is not a mere business but their lives.

A conflict strikes between the son and mother.

Revati is amazed to see her own son going against her because of Nayantara but Nayantara clearly says he is standing for the truth.

Finally, Samrat calls the police inside and asks them to arrest Revati for an attempt to murder case.

Revati escapes by spraying a fire extinguisher in the room, making their sight visible.

The next morning starts with unsuccessful news of still not getting hold of Revati.

However, the police confirm of already taking action to find Revati as soon as possible.

Nayantara praises Samrat's courage in going against Revati.

However, Samrat again states he is standing for the truth and not for Nayantara.

Rather he also says just because Nayantara came into his life, he got to know about Revati's truth.

Nayantara's family members enter the house and Nayantara is surprised to see them.

Samrat clarifies that as Revati is still out there somewhere, it is safe for them to stay inside the house, together with Nayantara and Prem.

After Samrat goes away, Nayantara approaches Malti and others to rest in their respective rooms.

Prem is also happy to get to play with them.

Meanwhile, Revati declares that she has determined to take revenge on Nayantara but if she is unsuccessful, then Aliya will complete her task.

Aliya thus promises Revati to destroy Nayantara's life.
