Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 22nd February 2023 episode starts with Chintu and Prem discussing how to trap Nayantara and Samrat in the same room so that they can talk with each other privately.

Chintu decides he will make Samrat sit in the car whereas Prem decides he will bring Nayantara and make her sit inside the same car.

Prem goes to Nayantara and asks her to take Prem to take school for extra classes.

Nayantara says she will confirm the extra class by calling the teacher, but he forces her not to and takes her outside.

Samrat at the same time approaches his car to go somewhere and Prem grabs Nayantara's hand and takes Nayantara inside the car.

Samrat asks why they are disturbing him and asks them to leave his car.

Conflict starts between Samrat and Nayantara when Prem sneaks out of the car to give Nayantara and Samrat some privacy while Nayantara tells them how literate she is and that Samrat's car is awful.

Behind the car, Chintu decides to lock the car by taking away the keys and hiding them while Nayantara and Samrat are busy conflicting with each other.

Prem and Chintu laugh and announce about locking them.

Chintu asks them to patch up so that they can come out.

Meanwhile, Ishani does her rehearsal and Mansi is very jealous because Raghav is attracted to her.

Mansi asks why he is giving special attention to Ishani.

Raghav tells just because Ishani is a good dancer, she is made the lead dancer.

Meanwhile, Nayantara and Samrat are locked inside the car which will not even open from the inside because of the latest child lock system.

Prem and Chintu laugh and Ishani is also happy with their plan and joins them.

Suddenly Nayantara and Samrat smell fuel inside the car.

Nayantara feels suffocated by the smell and Samrat is a bit tensed with the situation now.

The driver asks for Samrat's car keys because the gas is leaking inside the car and if it is smelled for a longer time, then it can be fatal.

Prem and Chintu run inside to get the keys but cannot find them.

In a flashback, Aliya has actually removed the keys from there to make them suffer.

Her plan is to create a new fight where Samrat will be angry and then finally throw Nayantara out of the house.

At present both Prem and Chintu are crying because they feel guilty about the situation while Ishani is unable to get help from the company soon.

Revati's daughter is happy to see them suffer because, for them, Revati has to hide and suffer too.

Samrat comforts Nayantara but she is too exhausted.

Ishani asks for Mohit's help and Mohit brings a cutter machine to cut the door.

However, Samrat stops him because due to toxic gas, the car can blast.

Samrat asks Mohit to bring a glass cutter from any service center.

Meanwhile inside the car, even when Samrat himself is feeling dizzy, he puts his best to support Nayantara but she gradually gets unconscious.
