Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 22nd June 2023 episode starts with Nitya welcoming the newlywed couple and telling them to enter the house.

As Kaashvi smiles and makes her footprints inside the house, Arjun stands behind her and looks at her footprints unable to say anything.

Later, Arjun and Kaashvi are sitting in front of the milk-filled pot as the family tells them that the person finding the ring more out of three times will rule the household.

Arjun still imagines Mahima in Kaashvi's place and smiles as he thinks that he is holding not Kaashvi's but Mahima's hand.

Kaashvi asks him why he's smiling when she is the one who has gotten the ring.

Seeing Arjun's distant expression, Kaashvi realizes that it is because he is still missing and imagining Mahima in her place.

On the other hand, Arjun thinks to himself that the atmosphere between himself and his best friend Kaashvi.

They enter their room and Arjun's brothers tease Arjun and Kaashvi as they hand a glass of milk to Arjun.

He tries to lighten the atmosphere while Kashvi teases him by acting as of she's trying to get close to him to consummate their marriage.

She hands him the glass of milk and he starts walking backward in fear when his hand hits the radio.

A romantic song starts playing and Arjun gets even more scared as Kaashvi smiles at him and stops the radio.

She picks up a book from behind him and starts laughing while telling him that she meant studying as their exams are near.

He asks her to confirm if she was just teasing him and she accepts while continuing to talk with hidden suggestions.

She tells Arjun that he has gotten a tutor free with his wife and tells him to get changed.

He asks her if she's not going to change and she nods saying that she'll change once he leaves.

Teasing her back, Arjun tells her that she can change in front of him since he is her husband only.

On the other hand, in Samrat's room, Samrat flirts with Nayan and thanks Kaashvi for getting them married while saying that she deserves a gift.

Nayan asks him what gift should they gift and Samrat gets close to her telling her that they should give another sibling to Kaashvi.

Back at the Bajwa house, Kaashvi and Arjun study as she tells him that she'll give him a petal for every right answer and a pinch for the wrong ones.

She teaches him as she imagines a romantic scene with him.

Afterward, they go to bed while Arjun tells her that he knows the situation will be different for her and talks about how she must have not shared a bed with any boy before.

However, he makes a barrier out of pillows as he tells her that he'll never cross her boundaries.

As they both look away from each other they continue to think about the other.

Kaashvi feels grateful to have Arjun care about her that much even after getting married to her like this while Arjun thinks that he can take care of her at least after she left her family for him.
