Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 22nd March 2023 episode starts Mohit approaching Ishani and trying to calm her down.

Mohit says that the decision he has taken does not mean he doesn't love her but he cannot forget her and Raghav spending the night together.

Ishani pushes Mohit away and asks him to leave as she will fight her life war from now on.

As Mohit stands in a corner, Samrat encourages him because he was the one who lectured Samrat about loving Nayantara.

Mohit says that he wanted to get things normal between him and Ishani as time goes on but now it is too late to confess that he loves her very much.

Samrat tries to call Nayantara who could help Mohit & Ishani but her phone doesn't ply.

At the same time, Prem comes out of the school and hugs Nayantara but suddenly, Mansi grabs Prem and says that from now on, she will pick him up.

Nayantara gets angry and Prem also says that he will go with Nayantara.

Just then, Nayantara gets a call from the hospital and asks her to reach out within an hour for the interview of the same.

After the call, Nayantara says that she will drop Prem off and then go for the interview.

At the house, Samrat is happy to see Nayantara but after dropping Prem off, Nayantara takes the car and drives away for the interview.

Samrat sees that Prem is standing alone and asks where Nayantara has gone.

Samrat in his mind remembers what Mohit said to him and re-thinks if he is having feelings for her.

Meanwhile, as Nayantara drives towards her interview destination, she finds a woman shouting for help.

She gets out of her car to help the woman but suddenly, some goons come and put a black cloth on her face.

They snatch her phone, smash it on the ground and take her away in their vehicle.

One of them pays some cash to the lady who was faking being injured to make Nayantara get out of her car.

At the Choudhary Mansion, Mansi gives food to Prem but he asks her to divide the chapati into small pieces and also feed him.

Mansi says that he can stay hungry if he doesn't want to eat what is given to him and goes away.

Samrat watches everything and says that he will feed Prem and Prem questions him why Samrat is feeding him as he does not like Prem.

He says that as Nayantara isn't there, he can't watch Prem left hungry.

Prem enjoys the food as Samrat feeds him and gives Samrat a kiss for feeding him as Samrat thinks he is getting attached to both Prem and Nayantara.

Meanwhile, as Nayantara is stuck inside the truck, she prays to God and thinks of rescuing herself. 

She finds the source of air and understands that there is a small opening.

She opens her shoes, anklets, bangle, and wristwatch and throws them in the path so that the police can trace her somehow.

Meanwhile, Samrat is tense as Nayantara hasn't returned but Mansi doesn't like it and asks him to relax.

It is almost night Samrat is anxious and goes to JJ hospital to check and Prem also joins him to find Nayantara.

Meanwhile, the goons make Nayantara sit as if they are going to kill her by stopping her breath.
