Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 22nd October 2023 episode starts with Arjun scolding Kashvi for lecturing him all the time and asking her to leave him alone.

Kashvi gets emotional and tears roll down her cheeks but Arjun ignores her and goes from there.

She wonders what has happened to Arjun that has changed him a lot and after thinking about all these things, her heart shatters into pieces.

Later on the next morning, Arjun and Nitya get ready to go and see Pradyuman in the hospital while Kashvi also comes there.

Kashvi insists that she also wants to go with them but Nitya stops her from coming with them and taunts Kashvi that again she will ruin things.

Meanwhile, the police come into the house and everyone is surprised to see the police there as they claim that they want to arrest Arjun for trying to murder Pradyuman.

Everyone asks the Police who made the complaint when the Police tell them that Pradyuman's wife has filed an F.I.R. against Arjun. 

The inspector takes Arjun with them to the jail while Nitya calls the lawyer and asks him to prepare bail papers as soon as possible.

After that, Kashvi, Nitya, and Jagdish reach jail and the lawyers also arrive there when together they request the police to give bail to Arjun by showing the official bail papers to him.

The inspector rejects the bail request and tells them that after consulting the doctor they got to know that Pradyuman's condition is more critical than earlier so they cannot grant bail to him.

Arjun panics and begs his parents to save him while Nitya assures him that she will bring him out of the jail and they come out of the jail.

In the meantime, Pradyuman's wife reaches there and thanks Kashvi for informing her that Pradyuman is in critical condition while she yells at Nitya, saying that she will make sure that Arjun will live inside the jail for life.

After that, she goes from there while Nitya scolds Kashvi for informing Pradyuman's wife and after reaching home Kashvi justifies her that she did all these things for the sake of humanity.

Nitya says that Kashvi is so innocent and everyone does not think like her in the world while she also says that if Pradyuman dies then Arjun will be in danger and he will never come out of jail just because of Kashvi's stupidity.

Jagdish also scolds Kashvi and asks her to be practical in life otherwise things will be ruined while Kashvi prays to god to send Arjun back.

Later in the night, Mahima goes to jail to meet Arjun and brings dinner for him while he asks where is Kashvi.

Mahima asks how will she come there because she is the one who calls Pradyuman's wife while Mahima pinches him saying that Kashvi betrayed them.

Arjun takes Kashvi's side but Mahima says that she is not able to see his condition and Kashvi comes there, scolding Mahima for saying anything to Arjun.

Kashvi says that she will bring Arjun out of jail at any cost because she has faith in the law and constitution of her country while Mahima says that if Pradyuman dies then what will she do?
