Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 23rd February 2023 episode starts with Malti crying as she watches Nayantara struggle inside the car for oxygen and slowly become unconscious.

Samrat looks at Nayantara and then Ishani tries to console Malti that Mohit will come shortly.

Just then, Mohit comes and starts cutting the front window of the car with the heavy equipment while Prem mumbles sadly about Nayantara not opening her eyes.

Meanwhile, Aliya feels happy to see Nayantara in this condition and wishes she dies sooner.

Samrat yells from inside for Mohit to speed up the process of cutting the glass and Mohit tries his best to do so.

However, the glass doesn't break easily until Samrat kicks it, and Mohit scoops out an unconscious Nayantara.

Malti sobs as she takes Nayan on her lap while Ishani pats her cheeks to wake her up.

All of them sprinkle little water on Nayan so she wakes up but Samrat gets another idea.

He asks Ishani and Malti to step aside and then gives CPR to Nayantara.

He attaches his lips to Nayantara and breathes into her mouth while Aliya gets angry at Samrat for stepping in and saving Nayantara.

Nayan wakes up with a gasp while Malti and Ishani comfort her and Samrat stands up.

Just then, Aliya comes to confront Samrat and asks him why he saved Nayan when she's the reason Revthi is in jail currently.

Samrat tells Aliya that he understands she's angry but Revati is a criminal as she tries to kill both Ishani & Mohit.

He also justifies saving Nayantara because she was on the verge of dying while Aliya says it would have been better if she did.

She then tells Samrat that he would be nothing without Revati but Samrat makes it clear he will always stand with the truth.

Aliya gets frustrated while Sam leaves the spot and Nayantara is taken to her room to rest.

The next morning, Malti comes to ask Samrat if she can hold a Shanti Pooja at this mansion for things to get settled.

Samrat denies it and says Malti and Nayan are the reason why Revthi is not here and he is suffering.

Malti understands Samrat's pain and tells him that she had no intention or idea to make him suffer and that is why she sent the video on Nayan's phone, not his.

Sam's heart melts as he tells Malti he has no one now but Malti says she is here for him as a mother.

He ultimately grants Malti's request to hold the puja while Malti caresses his cheeks.

Later, Nayantara takes Chintu and Prem to Samrat's room to help him wear a 'Lungi' for the pooja, catching Sam off-guard.

However, this is Nayan's plan to make Prem and Samrat grow closer and she asks a servant to call Chintu out, saying Malti is asking for him.

After Chintu comes out and joins Nayantara outside the room, Prem tells Samrat he also knows how to tie the lungi.

Samrat refers to him as a pocket-size edition and begins to scold him while Prem tells him to say please, then only he will help him.

However, Prem gets wrapped inside the Lungi itself as he ties it across Samrat's waist.

Both Chintu and Nayan laugh and Nayantara finally goes inside to help them both come out of it as they fall to the ground.

Prem shows an attitude toward Samrat and huffs while Nayantara helps Samrat out.

Both of them feel a pull toward each other as Nayantara wraps the lungi around Sam's waist.

Prem and Chintu feel happy seeing them close while Aliya hears them out and spies on Nayantara and Sam, only to get shocked to see them so close.
