Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 23rd March 2023 episode starts with Samrat asking Prem to wait as he asks the receptionist about the timings of the interview.

The receptionist says that there is no interview going on currently and says that he must have got the wrong hospital name as his wife is not there.

Samrat tells Prem that Nayantara might be in danger and they need to go to the police station.

Meanwhile, the goons put Nayantara inside a big container, put rice on her, and keep her inside a bag. 

They keep the bag with similar-looking bags so that Nayantara dies slowly and also if someone tries to find her, they will never be able to find her among the similar-looking bags.

At the police station, Samrat asks the officers to file a complaint but the police say he can't do it.

It is because it has not been the minimum hours of Nayantara's going missing.

However, the police say that unofficially he can help Samrat find Nayantara and inquires about the car number as the police can trace the car through its number.

At the same time, Mansi gives a big smile as she explains everything to Aliya, stating that Nayantara got to know about her not being pregnant from the doctor.

In a flashback, after Mansi sees Nayantara hugging the doctor, she realizes that Nayantara has got to know the truth.

However, Mansi plans to not let Nayantara reach home to inform everything to Samrat as she calls the goons and orders them to fake call Nayantara for an interview and then kidnap her on the way.

Back to the present, Aliya praises Mansi's plan, giving her kudos.

At the police station, the police find a way through which Nayantara's car has passed as Samrat promises to save her at any cost.

Meanwhile, at the godown, Nayantara thinks that this time she might not get out alive.

She wants a second chance so that she can tell her family how much she loves them and also Samrat.

She realizes that a bond has been created between her and Samrat which is unexplainable.

On the road, Samrat and the police find Nayantara's car left in the middle of the road with her phone in a corner.

Samrat is tense if Nayantara is safe or not as he is sure that someone has kidnapped her.

The police proceed through the same route, as they slowly find clues left by Nayantara.

At the godown, Nayantara shouts for help as the goons laugh at her and wait for her to die.

Prem says that Nayantara used to tell him a story about a girl who is being kidnapped and leaving clues on her way.

Samrat feels proud of his wife, Nayantara, as well as Prem.

Meanwhile, at home, Ishani gets very anxious about not finding Nayantara and also not getting her on call.

Mohit calls Samrat and gets to know the bad news while Ishani gets shocked to hear it.

Samrat says that he will find Nayantara with the help of the police as Mohit tries to console Ishani.

Aliya gets angry because Mohit is consoling Ishani and holds her hand.

Meanwhile, Samrat reaches the godown as they sneak and watch the goons having a good time and Samrat realizes that if the goons are here, then so is Nayantara.
