Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 23rd October 2023 episode starts with Mahima telling Kashvi that if Pradyuman dies then all the blame will come on Arjun and he will never be able to get out of jail.

Kashvi scolds her and asks her to not think like a fool while she also says that she trusts the constitution of her country therefore, nothing wrong will happen to Arjun.

Kashvi also says that she is there with Arjun and after that, she asks Arjun to have the dinner that she has brought but Arjun says that Mahima has already brought the dinner for him.

Kashvi feels bad and goes from there while Mahima gets happy.

The next day, the lawyer comes to their house and tells everyone that he has put Arjun's case in a fast-track court.

He asks Mahima and Kashvi to speak in favour of Arjun in the court because only then the Judge will consider their point.

Mahima agrees with him and says that Pradyuman provoked Arjun which is why Arjun beat him ruthlessly while Kashvi says that she hasn't seen all these things with her eyes so she will not tell any lie.

Jagdish gets angry at her for being idealistic every time and requests her to lie in the court as it will save Arjun.

Nitya scolds her for not taking her husband's stand while the lawyer says that he will try to find an alternative option but at the same time he asks Nitya to convince Kashvi to lie in court to protect Arjun.

Meanwhile, everyone goes from there while Dadi requests Kashvi to protect Arjun at any cost otherwise she will regret the end of her marriage with Arjun just because of her behaviour.

On the other hand, everyone reaches court and in the meantime, Arjun also comes out of the police van while Nitya hugs him, saying that she will take him home with him at any cost.

Meanwhile, Mahima plays her game and says that Kashvi's behaviour of speaking the truth every time will put Arjun in critical condition.

Arjun asks Mahima not to speak anything against Kashvi as he has trust in her that his Kashvi will protect him while Kashvi gets emotional and hugs him.

Nitya scolds Kashvi for again playing with words while Arjun asks Nitya not to say anything to Kashvi as he murmurs that today he wants to see if Kashvi will change her discipline to protect him or not as it will make clear that she loves him or not.

After some time, the hearing begins in court and Pradyuman's lawyer requests the Judge to put Arjun behind bars for his lifetime while Arjun's lawyer comes in Arjun's defence and asks Mahima and Kashvi to come in the witness box to speak the truth.

In the meantime, Pradyuman's lawyer asks Mahesh Srivastav to come into the witness box and tell the truth when he comes there and tells things in a manipulating manner.

Meanwhile, Arjun's lawyer says that Pradyuman has purchased the land by fraud and by saying wrong things that he is a farmer so he wants to purchase the agricultural land while everyone gets shocked after hearing this thing.
