Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 24th October 2023 episode starts with Arjun's lawyer telling the judge that Pradyuman lied he being a farmer to get Arjun's project land. 

Amidst this, Jagdeesh asks Nitya who gave this information to the lawyer when Kaashvi states that she did so since she got to know about this.

Kaashvi adds that they can get the land without any fight which is why she told Arjun to not go to Pradyuman's house but Arjun paid no heed to her.

However, Nitya tells Kaashvi that it's not the right time to talk about this topic and urges her to give her statement in Arjun's favour. 

In the meantime, Arjun's lawyer tells the judge that Pradyuman provoked Arjun but ended up getting injured accidentally.

Just then, Pradyuman's lawyer calls Pradyuman's house servant leading the Servant to tell everything to the judge when Arjun's lawyer asks the servant if the latter saw Arjun pushing Pradyumna.

Hearing this, the Servant tells the lawyer that he did not see this but he came to the hall after hearing noise. 

Arjun's lawyer tells the judge that Arjun admitted Pradyuman to the hospital while Kaashvi informed his wife about his condition.

The lawyer adds that Arjun did not want to kill Pradyumna since both he and Kaashvi tried to save Pradyumna's life.

On the other hand, in the Navratri celebrations, Dadi narrates to a few people how Savitri saved Satyavan from Yamraj further stating that women take many avatars to save their family. 

Romila tells Dadi that she hopes Kaashvi lie in the court for Arjun's sake while at court, Pradyumna's lawyer calls Kaashvi to the witness box.

Just then, Nitya tells Kaashvi that she better stand up for Arjun because till now case is going in their favour, adding that Arjun's release depends on her statement. 

After Nitya, Jagdish requests Kaashvi to think before saying anything after which Kashvi goes to the witness box.

Pradyuman's lawyer asks Kaashvi what happened in Pradyuman's house leading Kaashvi to state that when she entered the house she saw Arjun and Pradyuman fight. 

The lawyer asks Kashvi if she was in the room when Arjun beat Pradyuman and demands the truth from her when Kaashvi says that she was not in the room when Pradyuman fell.

On the other hand, Mahima thinks to herself that they will lose the case because of Kaashvi and decides that she can't let this happen.

Further, Kaashvi states that she was not in the room, adding that she knows Arjun will not beat Pradyumna unnecessarily and tells the judge that Pradyuman stopped Arjun's project. 

Pradyuman's lawyer tells the judge that Arjun has the intention to kill Pradyumna and asks Kaashvi if Arjun won't get angry if Pradyuman touches Kaashvi.

Arjun screams out to the lawyer, stating that he is crossing his limits and scolds him further stating that he would kill Pradyumna if he touched Kaashvi. 

This leads Pradyumna's lawyer to tell the judge that Arjun has anger issues and he tries to kill Pradyuman to get his project land.

Hearing this, the Judge says that Arjun deserves punishment when Mahima enters, stating that she needs permission to give her statement and the judge allows her to do so.

Coming to the witness box, Mahima lies stating, that Pradyuman was harassing her when Arjun beat him, making the court shocked.
