Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 25th October 2023 episode starts with Mahima telling the judge that Pradyuman gave her an offer to spend a night with her as only then, he will think about taking back the stay order from the factory.

Pradyuman’s wife gets angry saying that Mahima is lying while Mahima says that she is speaking the truth and explains that everyone knows that she was about to marry Pradyuman but due to Pradyuman’s bad behaviour, she backed off from the marriage.

Meanwhile, Pradyuman’s lawyer asks Mahima why didn’t she tell the things earlier to which Mahima says that Arjun asked her not to say anything because he does not want her reputation to be ruined again.

Mahima shows the mark on her body that Pradyuman tried to stay with him forcefully while Pradyuman’s wife is not ready to accept this leading the judge to ask Pradyuman’s lawyer to call Mrs Thapar to come into the witness box as only then, she can explain the things.

Pradyuman’s lawyer asks the judge to understand her situation as her husband is in a coma right now while Mahima also says that Pradyuman till today is not able to accept her rejection when Mrs. Thapar says that Pradyuman rejected Mahima.

Mahima asks her where was she when Pradyuman was fighting with Arjun leading Mrs. Thapar to get quiet and does not say anything.

She states that Mrs Thapar and Pradyuman’s marriage is in danger that’s why she is living away from him when she learns the truth that he flirts with other girls.

Mrs Thapar feels embarrassed and does not say anything while Arjun’s lawyer asks the judge to give judgment in Arjun’s favour as now it is proved from Mahima’s statement that Arjun is innocent.

The judge considers Mahima’s statement and asks the police to remove Arjun from jail as now it is proved that he is innocent.

Nitya gets happy and hugs Arjun while the lawyer asks her to thank Mahima as today she came as Arjun’s saviour in the court.

After that, Nitya asks about the mark on Mahima’s body when Mahima says that she will tell her everything once they return home.

After coming back home, she tells everyone that those marks are not real and she lies in court to protect Arjun because Kashvi instead of supporting Arjun was stuck to her etiquette and she had no option other than lying in court.

Mahima adds that she went hospital and got ready in a nurse uniform as she went to the I.C.U. and there she forcefully put the marks on her neck with Pradyumandan’s hand.

Nitya asks her how she got to know that Pradyuman is having affairs with other ladies.

Mahima says that a few days ago she met her friend and from there she got to know about this thing and she thought to use it as a weapon in court to defend Arjun.

Jagdish thanks Mahima while Romila also praises Mahima’s bravery and she taunts Kashvi for not taking her husband’s side in court.
