Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 26th August 2022 episode starts with Sharda scolding Arman about how dare he badmouth Rudra without any proof.

Arman tells Preesha to go home but Sharda insists that the truth comes out in the open.

This is what Arman wanted and he calls Digvijay smilingly and asks him to check up on Prem Maali.

Rudra opens the door hesitantly while Digvijay says he wants to see the idol of Ladoo Gopal.

Prem says he can’t show him the idol since it is nighttime and God is sleeping.

Digvijay doesn’t listen to Prem and gets shocked when he sees the idol kept in Prem’s Mandir.

Sharda looks at Arman and says ‘Are you happy now?’.

Arman’s face falls while Sharda says she will not tolerate Arman’s intolerance of Rudra.

Sharda also adds she is not so keen to keep Ruhi and Saaransh with an old man they barely know.

The short span of lies is short and so will Arman’s lies will come into the limelight.

Sharda also scolds Preesha for not stopping Arman and this leads to a huge fight between her and Arman.

Rudra knew Arman would play a game like this so he already bought another exact look-alike of Ladoo Gopal to trap Arman in his own game.

The next morning, Pihu tells everyone she is participating in an inter-college competition today.

Digvijay says he will come since it is Pihu’s first time performing but Arman has his reservations and he asks why is Pihu performing with Raj.

Preesha corrects Arman and says Thakur’s does not have an ugly past with Khurana’s, only Preesha.

Preesha says what if Rudra doesn’t come, we all must go to watch Pihu.

Vidyut and Raj also inform Rudra that he has to come as the chief guest of the competition and Preesha Bhabhi will be coming too.

While Rudra takes care of the garden, Preesha comes out dressed in a beautiful white saree, talking to someone on the call.

The romantic wind blows by Rudra as he stares at his loving wifey who doesn’t even know she is Rudra’s wifey.

Ruhi interrupts Rudra and says Arman uncle would squash him if he saw Prem Maali’s mouth get open watching Preesha.

However, Kanchan gives Prem some work of planting a flower before going to see Pihu along with Arman and Preesha.

Rudra tells Ruhi to put it in the room and says he will plant it after coming back but Ruhi forgets it.
