Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 26th February 2023 episode starts with Samrat telling Prem to not act smart as he will be coming to live with him. 

Meanwhile, Nayantara hopes that both Prem and Samrat’s differences get resolved. 

Prem looks at the meal and tries to eat it but the food jumps from the plate and accosts Samrat. 

On being scolded by Samrat, Prem tells him that he does not know how to eat with a fork and knife as his mother was never there to teach him. 

Samrat feels sad and tells him that he will teach him. 

In the meantime, Raghav and Mansi arrive at the same hotel with their friends and spot Samrat and Prem. 

Raghav’s friends tell Mansi that her whole family is here while Raghav feels offended and leaves in anger. 

Meanwhile, Samrat chokes on his food while Prem seeks Nayantara’s help to help Samrat. 

After a while, Samrat feels better after Prem administers a treatment to him. 

Meanwhile, Mansi comes to Raghav who is being rude to Mansi after seeing Samrat and Prem. 

Mansi tells him that she is not responsible for co-incidence while Raghav tells her that Prem is a reminder of her and Samrat’s marriage.

Mansi thinks of doing something to get rid of Sam and Prem so that Raghav and she can have a good time. 

Meanwhile, Prem enjoys his dessert and gets sick after eating it. 

Nayantara gets worried and runs to his help while Samrat is shocked to see Nayantara there. 

On being asked, Prem tells Nayantara that he is allergic to peanuts which Mansi has added to his ice cream.

Nayantara asks the manager about anti-allergic medicine and asks Samrat to take Prem to the hospital. 

Meanwhile, Mansi is happy to see Samrat and Prem gone and plans to enjoy the dinner with Raghav. 

In the parking lot, Samrat’s car is blocked by another while Nayantara and Samrat worry about the transport and decide to use the fruitsellers cart to take Prem on it. 

Both Nayan and Samrat run toward the hospital. 

In the meantime, Mohit is romancing Ishani when Aliya watches them and feels angry. 

Mohit asks Ishani to help him choose his shirt while Aliya decides to ruin Ishani’s dish so that Ishani’s efforts go to waste. 

Elsewhere, Samrat and Nayan are assuring Prem that he will be fine in no time. 

In the meantime, Ishani serves Mohit the sweet dish that Aliya tempered. 

However, she is disappointed to see Mohit’s reaction who lies about the bitterness. 

However, Ishani tastes the sweet dish while and feels horrible at the taste while Mohit tells her that anything that she prepares with love for him is the tastiest for him even if it is poison.
