Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 26th July 2023 episode starts with Kashvi gently nodding in response to Nitya's inquiry about meeting Kabir.

Nitya tries to analyze Kashvi's reaction as Kashvi tells her about finally meeting and communicating with him after such a long time.

She then compliments Nitya's parathas and heads out to meet Dadi.

Arjun intervenes and asks Nitya about Kashvi as she is ready to depart when Nitya says that Kashvi is at Dadi's house.

Arjun becomes suspicious and calls Dadi who picks up and invites Arjun and Kashvi to give her a visit.

This convinces Arjun that Kashvi is lying yet again while the house catches fire behind Dadi's back who remains unaware.

Romila screams in horror and warns everyone while Dadi is taken aback when she sees the house practically on fire and urges Arjun to hurry to the rescue.

Bhaisaab and Romila's son become horrified when they notice the fire and hold each other asking everyone to get out of the house quickly.

However, Bhaisaab attempts but fails miserably to unlock the door while Dadi and Romila become more tense as they witness fire spreading on the entrance as well.

Meanwhile, Arjun moves into his car and drives quickly to Dadi's place while attempting to contact Kashvi and warn her of the situation.

Kashvi, on the other hand, feeds Bauji the greatest Khichdi in Faridabad which Bauji acknowledges by nodding his head.

Kashvi's phone remains silent preventing her from answering while Arjun becomes increasingly angry.

Arjun quickly informs Nitya of this to which Nitya claims to be attending an urgent meeting and promises to send Mr. Sharma for assistance.

Arjun praises Nitya while Nitya smiles evilly as she recalls instructing Mr. Sharma to set fire to Nayan's house.

She recalls plotting this with Mr. Sharma in order to end Kashvi's chapter once and for all so that she can end Bauji's life as well.

Nitya smiles evilly as she stands with a black sweatshirt a black cap on her head and a mask over her face.

She takes out the sharp knife and walks away leaving Bhaishb and everyone coughing violently from the simmering fire that has engulfed them.

Dadi covering her face with her saree begs him to check the back exit but Bhaisaab also fails to open it.

Meanwhile, Sharma stands outside evilly smiling at how he first broke the socket and then set fire to the four corners of the house while closing all the outside exits.

Arjun arrives and is scared to see the raging fire while neighbors direct him that the fire department will take time to arrive.

Arjun remains nervous but he enters the house while wearing a blanket to save everyone.

He initially transports Romila's son safely out of the house while Dadi and everyone else coughs in the blistering heat and flame.

However, a big pillar blocks the way but Arjun kicks it and transfers Romila and Bhaisab out of the house but Dadi's health worsens.

He kicks the pillar and safely transports Pankaj out.

Finally, Arjun arrives with the blanket to retrieve Dadi after discovering her missing from the hall while Kashvi is taken aback by Arjun's several missed calls.

She phones back but is unable to reach him and decides to try again after returning from the washroom.

Meanwhile, Nitya enters the room with her sharp knife and confronts Bauji.
