Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 27th February 2023 episode starts with Samrat and Nayantara admitting Prem to the hospital while Nayantara cries for him. 

Samrat assures Nayan that Prem will be fine. 

Later, Prem is sleeping under medication while Samrat and Nayantara watch him from outside. 

Nayantara thanks Samrat for saving Prem like a father. 

However, Samrat corrects her by saying he did it out of the kindness of his heart which he would have done for anyone. 

Nayantara does not believe him and thinks that soon, he will realize the lie he is telling himself.

Later, Samrat and Nayantara fight about the sleeping arrangement when Prem wakes up asking them both to sleep with him. 

They both agree for Prem's sake and sleep peacefully. 

The next day, Samrat and Nayantara arrive at Mansi and Raghav’s Sangeet ceremony. 

Ishani praises Nayantara for her makeover and Samrat’s magic behind it.

After a while, Ishani goes to get ready for the performance while Mohit also asks Samrat to practice beforehand. 

Meanwhile, Raghav comes to Nayantara to taunt and tease her about Samrat’s absence. 

Nayantara deals with him effortlessly until Raghav tries to force a drink on her. 

Nayantara tells him that she does not drink nor can anyone make her drink. 

Raghav still tries to feed her the drink by holding her mouth but Nayantara slaps him hard and tells him no means no and also warns him to never touch her again. 

Raghav feels humiliated and vows to do exactly that. 

Later, Nayantara tells Samrat about Raghav’s misbehavior and tells him about slapping him. 

Samrat feels happy to hear about the slap when Prem calls her.

Nayantara puts the call on the speaker at Samrat’s request and tells Prem that she will try to get home as early as possible. 

Later, Samrat tells her that now he will enjoy giving a performance. 

After a while, Mansi comes to Raghav telling him about wedding preparations when she realizes his bad mood. 

Raghav tells her about Nayantara crossing her limits but refrains from telling her about the slap.

However, Samrat comes there mocking Raghav and Mansi while praising Nayantara’s strong character. 

Mansi is about to go and deal with Nayantara when Raghav stops her by saying that he has already planned revenge and one that she will remember for a lifetime.

After a while, Raghav spots Ishani trying to tie the knot of her dress in a dressing room and comes to make a pass at her. 

However, Ishani politely reminds him of his marriage and that she does not love him but Mohit. 

Raghav finds the information interesting and decides to teach both sisters a lesson. 

Later, during Ishani’s performance, Raghav sends a spiked drink for Nayan and waits for her to drink it.

He urges her to drink the drink so that he can implement his plan and ruin her.
