Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 27th November 2022 episode starts with Dr. Gupta telling Rudra that Armaan is stable mentally & only acting to be a kid.

Saaransh hands the old brain scan reports to Dr. Gupta, informing Rudra that he stole it from Preesha's room.

After seeing the reports, Dr. Gupta tells Rudra that these scans belong to someone else while Rudra asks him to come to Khurana House to open Preesha's eyes.

Meanwhile, Preesha searches for Arman, Rudra, and the kids as none of them are in the house.

She goes to Sharda who informs Preesha that Rudra and Saaransh went for carpet cleaning.

Just then, Rudra arrives while the hospital staff carries an unconscious Armaan onto the carpet and rolls him on the floor.

Preesha gets shocked and asks Rudra what happened to Arman while Rudra angrily states that Arman is only acting like a kid.

Preesha tells Rudra that she has seen Arman's brain scans while Dr. Gupta enters the house & supports Rudra.

Handing the real reports to Preesha, Dr. Gupta steps back while Preesha feels betrayed by Arman's lie.

Preesha goes to slap Arman but stops and Rudra says that he again took advantage of her again.

Ruhi tells Preesha that Monster uncle broke their happy family while Rudra also tells Preesha about how Arman was touching her while she was sleeping.

Rudra asks Preesha to punish Arman while Sharda chimes in, saying Preesha won't do anything because she likes Arman's money.

Preesha loses her temper and reveals that she hates Arman and is only with him because he knows where her baby is.

Everyone gets surprised when Preesha tells Rudra that Arman helped Revati steal their baby and how he blackmailed her when he was in jail.
