Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 27th September 2023 episode starts with Nitya scolding Arjun for blaming her for not protecting Kashvi, she mentions that Kashvi's suspension was a hundred per cent sure.

Nitya gives her example to them when Kashvi bows her head down and starts crying while Arjun becomes silent.

Jagdish interrupts in between and says that they will find an alternative soon, asking Kashvi not to worry as they will look after it.

He also tells her not to discuss her suspension in the house because today is Mahima's sangeet.

After that, they leave for the house when Kashvi comes into her room, regretting being emotional every time because of her behavior Mirchi runs away.

Arjun comes and tries to console her by saying that he had brought a surprise for her leading her to say that she isn't interested in it right now, making Arjum upset about being excited. 

He pretends to talk to Bijli, informing her about the cancellation of the plan due to Kashvi's upset mood to which Kashvi finally questions him about the surprise leading Arjun to call Bijli inside their room. 

She gets happy while seeing Bijli in the same outfit as her while Arjun hugs her and says that he is always there for her.

Later in the evening, everyone gets ready for the sangeet and Arjun says that he will stay with Kashvi for all the time today.

Meanwhile, all the performances begin when Romila comes first for her performance. 

Further, everyone forces Dadi to dance but she murmurs that she cannot dance as her mind revolves around giving the money to Shobhana.

In the meantime, Shobhana comes to her and asks for the money when Dadi says that she will give her after the sangeet.

In a few moments, Nitya and Jagdish come on the stage for their performance when suddenly Nitya falls on the floor,  ending up with a sprain in her leg.

Arjun and Kashvi get worried about her and decide to take her to the hospital but Nitya refuses their offer, saying that she will go with the driver.

She goes with the driver and meets Verma(her colleague) with whom she planned everything to suspend Kashvi.

On the other hand, Mahima forces Mohit to dance otherwise her image will be ruined but Mohit says that he is afraid to dance in front of everyone while Kashvi asks Arjun to see what is the problem with Mohit.

Arjun tells Kashvi that it's natural before the performance as everyone gets nervous while on the other hand, Nitya praises Verma and recalls how they made the plan.

Meanwhile, Verma discloses her plan and tells her that he also bribed the constable for allowing Mirchi to run from the van and that he gave Mirchi fake medicine so that foam could come from his mouth.

Nitya again praises Verma for the execution of the plan, asking Mirchi to again go back to jail leading the terrorist to get angry with her.

He says to keep him out of her family drama and allow him to live his life peacefully, Nitya shows eyes to him.

She says that soon she will help him in going out of the country but for now he has to help her.
