Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 28th February 2022 episode starts with Yuvraj Pillai hearing news of Rudrakhsh Khurana’s car accident and children’s bus being out of control.

While the bus continues to move at a fast pace, Preesha hears whistling and recognizes it as Rudra’s. She searches for the source and finds Rudra in the police car.

Spotting Preesha, Rudra asks her to open the emergency door and hand him over one kid after another through a plank. However, Bunty spots Rudra’s car and foils Rudra’s plan.

In determination to save children, Rudra persists and this time with help of rope Preesha and Rudra again tries to shift children.

On the other hand, Yuvraj reaches Preesha’s office to offer her support to win her but finds about Preesha on the bus instead.

While at the bus, Preesha begins to transfer kids and staff. 

Finding the bus too quiet, Bunty turns and spots Preesha transferring Roohi.

In his madness, Bunty swerves the bus which makes Roohi fall on the road and Preesha jumps after her to save her but gets hurt in return.

Rudraksha also jumps after Preesha and calls for an ambulance to take Preesha and Roohi to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Saraansh recognises Preesha and follows them to the hospital.

Realising his plan of revenge has failed, Bunty also jumps from the bus to continue his revenge however, the police arrest him.

At the hospital, Saransh questions Rudra for not telling him about Preesha being alive and not caring for his sadness.

Meanwhile, the doctor asks a family member to sign for surgery but Rudra calls her parents instead of signing himself.
