Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 28th January 2023 episode starts with Nayantara getting worried as Mohit responds that he is inside the changing room.

Samrat asks him why he's taking too much time and if he's alone.

Nayan requests Mohit to not say anything and he agrees as he tells Sam that he was trying on many outfits.

Mohit questions why Sam is asking so many questions to which Samrat reveals that he heard someone else's voice.

Mohit makes up an excuse that he was talking on call and Samrat demands he come out of the changing room.

After a few minutes, Mohit comes out of the changing room alone and Samrat goes inside to see if anyone is inside or not.

When he finds no one, Mohit mocks Samrat by asking why he thought someone was inside the room with him.

Just then, Nayantara comes out from the nearby changing room and asks Samrat how she is looking.

Samrat gets mesmerized while Nayan looks at Mohit and feels relieved.

In a flashback, Nayantara is seen climbing over the adjoining changing room using a stool while Samrat is still outside.

Back in the present, Nayan is waiting near the checkout when she sees Prem with his mother who is busy talking on call.

She waves at him while Samrat tells her to get to work and not get lost in anyone else's thoughts.

Further, the hem of Prem's mom's saree flies over Samrat's face making him get lost in a past memory.

He realizes the fragrance of the girl who broke his heart and wonders why she is back in India.

Later, Mohit feels upset seeing Sherwani and gets shocked when he sees his and Ishani's photographs together. 

He recalls his lovely moments spent with Ishani and cries stating that only the lucky ones get to be with their true love.

Just then, Nayantara comes there and reveals that she is the one who set this up and questions whether Mohit is marrying Aliya if he loves Ishani.

Thinking that she will help him, Mohit is about to utter the truth but stops as Sam enters the room.

He gets furious seeing Ishaani-Mohit's montage while Nayantara lies that she did it by mistake as she was going to do Mohit-Aliya's montage.

Sam tells her that he doesn't believe her and tells her to come to the hospital with him to do Alia's Mehendi.

Later, at the hospital, Samrat tells Nayan to make sure that the Mehendi is good and goes to attend a call while Revati also goes out for some work.

A nurse comes there with hot water for Alia's sponge bath and Nayan stands to wash her hands.

However, she accidentally throws the scalding hot water on Alia's legs making her scream.

Nayan turns to see if Aliya is the one who screamed while Alia goes back to acting paralyzed even though she is hurting.

The nurse apologizes while Nayan asks Aliya how she can feel the hot water's sensation if she is paralyzed.

Before the nurse and Nayantara can do anything, the doctor comes there and argues with Nayantara, telling her that it is normal.

The doctor leaves while Nayan thinks that something is wrong and goes after the doctor.

She sees Revati give wads of cash to the doctor and later confronts her.

However, Revati ignores her saying that she has no right to ask her, and leaves with the excuse that she gave money for Aliya's treatment.
