Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 28th June 2023 episode starts with the ward boy asking Samrat to leave as he is blaming him only even though he risked his job to allow him to check on the skeleton.

As Samrat leaves, the ward boy calls Madamji stating that he has scolded Samrat asking him to leave and requesting her to transfer the money to his account.

However, just then, Samrat snatches his phone.

Meanwhile, Arjun throws all his clothes on the floor making space for Kashvi in his cupboard and Kashvi mocks him for increasing her work.

Arjun tries folding clothes but fails and Kashvi jokes on him saying that he doesn't know how to fold clothes.

He asks Kashvi to put on her clothes and then he can put on his claiming that he is Arjun Bajwa and he can do anything.

Further, Kashvi asks Arjun to put his as she is done and Kashvi runs away as Arjun shows a piece of her innerwear on the floor.

Elsewhere, Samrat grabs the ward boy's collar asking him to come clean to him.

The ward boy tells Samrat that he only knows Madamji through calls as she transfers the money to him for working for her.

Samrat warns the ward boy to not let his madam know that he has discovered the truth and Samrat checks on the number and concludes that it is not Nitya's.

In the meantime, a frustrated Mahima bashes Veera for siding with Kunal to cheat on her but Veera informs Mahima that Kunal has cheated her as well.

Veera tells Mahima that even she gave money to Kunal to get her portfolio done by Lokesh.

Just then, the hotel staff knocks on Mahima's room to give her the bill and Mahima tells him that she will clear the balances in the morning.

Mahima murmurs to herself that she can take money from Samrat as she is keeping his secret safe.

Meanwhile, Samrat returns back home and a stressed Nayan tells Samrat that Mahima isn't answering her calls.

Samrat tells Nayan that Mahima can take care of herself and embraces Nayan to calm her down mustering that he cannot break her heart stating Mahima's truth.

Further, Nayan asks Samrat about his contention with Nitya asking him to sort it out as she cannot see them both against each other.

Samrat assures her that he will solve everything with Nitya and asks Nayan if she is really such a clean officer.

Nayan tells Samrat that Nitya is an honest civil servant officer but once Officer Shehnaz Kaur blamed Nitya for taking bribes but Nitya came clean after proving Shehnaz Kaur wrong.

Samrat musters that if Shehnaz Kaur is madam only as she might have returned to take her revenge on Nitya.

At Bajwa's house, Kashvi returns to her room and compliments Arjun for finishing his work so quickly and Arjun applauds himself saying that he has become Sarva-guna Samparn.

As Kashvi steps forward to check the cupboard, the pile of clothes fall on her making her irritated.

Arjun runs away making an excuse to save himself from Kashvi's anger.

Elsewhere, Samrat receives a call from Mahima asking him to transfer 10 lakhs to her account by blackmailing him to oust his and Nayan's secret.

Samrat mocks Mahima for using Nayan and Kashvi for money and tells her that he doesn't care as she is not even worthy of his money.

He tells Mahima that he will tell the truth to Kashvi himself warning Mahima to not think that she can blackmail him ever making Mahima nervous.
