Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 28th September 2023 episode starts with Arjun telling Kashvi that Mohit's hands and legs are shivering.

Kashi asks him to do something so that he can dance with Mahima while Arjun goes to Mohit and tries to calm him.

However, Mohit says that he has a fear of stage performance and states that he didn't practice the dance steps properly while Mahima gets angry at him and regrets getting married to him.

Arjun asks her to give him another chance to Mohit as he can dance well so he tries to motivate him and anyhow manages to convince him to dance with Mahima.

After that Mohit and Mahima go to dance while Arjun goes to see Kashvi while Kashvi thanks him for always supporting her family.

Arjun corrects her and says that it's their family so he has to do it for them and hugs her.

On the other hand, the Police ask Nitya from where she brought such a huge amount to prove fake allegations against Kashvi.

Nitya recalls everything and tells him that Dadi was keeping twenty lakh rupees in her bag when she noticed her by god's grace.

She also mentions that time only she decided to use that money in her favor for demeaning Kashvi's image.

After that, she decides to call the commissioner, saying she has found Mirchi while the Commissioner is impressed by her bravery.

He asks her to stay there as he is reaching there in a few minutes, meanwhile, Jagdish tries to call Nitya but her phone is unreachable.

On the other hand, the police arrest Mirchi, and Nitya along with the Commissioner reaches the house.

She tells the Mirchi has been arrested as she helped police in arresting him.

Meanwhile, the Police bring Mirchi in front of everyone and ask him to tell the truth that who helped him in escaping.

He says that Kashvi helped him and he gave her money for this while Arjun gets angry with him and starts beating him.

Everyone tries to stop him but he suddenly starts shouting at Nitya making Nitya lose her temper.

She asks him to be within his limit and not forget that he is standing in front of his mother.

Arjun gets hyper and starts blaming her for not protecting Kashvi but Nitya gives him a befitting reply that Kashvi's reluctance led her to face this day.

After that, the police say that they would investigate their house but Arjun does not allow them and says that they cannot invade their privacy.

Police warn him from coming in his way and they start doing the investigation in each room while Nitya gives a sarcastic smile.

In the meantime, Mahima scolds Kashvi for ruining her function but Arjun comes in between and defends Kashvi.

Nitya tries to provoke him but he does not listen to her while the police end up finding the money in Dadi's Almirah.
