Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 29th January 2023 episode starts with Nayantara coming to the doctor to question her why Revati gave her the money just now.

The doctor tells her that it is none of her business while Nayan threatens to go to the hospital authorities.

However, the doctor tells her that the money was for the donation and leaves while Nayan thinks that either of the doctor or Revati is lying.

Later, Nayan prepares Aliya for sleep and leaves telling Samrat that she'll be back the next morning.

Samrat taunts her that she needs his permission to leave and tells her to be back on time the next morning.

However, instead of leaving, Nayan hides in the storage room and thinks that she'll find out the truth anyhow.

Meanwhile, inside Aliya's hospital room, Rewati brings out the champagne and glass while telling Sam and Aliya that they should celebrate Aliya's marriage with Mohit.

Nayan comes back to Aliya's room and opens it a crack to see what is going on inside.

She gets shocked seeing Aliya clinking a champagne glass with Samrat and Rewati as they celebrate their plan being executed nicely.

Nayan starts recording them with her phone and thinks to send the video to Mohit so that he realizes the truth too.

However, before she can do that, a nurse catches her and asks her what she is doing making the phone drop from her hand.

Samrat comes out from the hospital room and holds Nayan tightly as he tells the nurse that she is his wife.

He makes the nurse go while putting pressure on Nayan's shoulder making her hurt.

He further drags her inside with her phone and tells Revati and Alia that she has found out about their plan.

Rewati calls her cunning and Sam deletes the video from her phone while mocking her with the statement that the evidence is erased now.

Nayan shouts at them that she will reveal their truth to everyone as they falsely accused Ishaani and Mohit which lead to them being in jail.

Rewati tells Sam to lock up Nayan as they don't need any risks until Mohit and Aliya get married.

Samrat nods and drags Nayan away while telling her that she has led him to do this to her.

Sam holds her by the hair and tells her that she is responsible for everything as he ties her to a chair and leaves her in the basement room.

Samrat also takes her phone with him and tells the guard to make sure that the girl inside does not exit the room.

He further messages from Nayan's phone to Malti that she will stay at Samrat's house until Aalia and Mohit's marriage.

Meanwhile, at the Iyer house, the family worries when Ishaani comes there and learns about Nayan not returning.

They get the message from Nayan's phone but Ishaani says that she will go and check since she thinks Nayan is in danger.

Later, Mohit is wishing for a last meeting with Ishaani which gets fulfilled when Ishaani comes there.

She asks about Nayan to which he informs her that Nayan is not there while Sam comes there with Rewati and Aliya.

He questions Ishaani who tells him that she won't leave until she meets Nayan.

Sam lies to her that Nayan must be somewhere inside the house while Ishaani says that she'll look around herself and starts going inside the house.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Nayan manages to cut the rope using a medical instrument and wonders how to get out of the room.

Back at home, Rewati stops Ishaani and tells her to get out of their house since the family needs to take rest for Aliya's wedding with Mohit.
