Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 30th January 2023 episode starts with Nayantara trying to open the jammed window and failing as she wonders what to do next.

She thinks of a plan and blows hot air in the window glass and writes "HELP" on it.

However, Samrat's bodyguard comes there and throws water on the window while tying Nayan to the chair, again telling her that she can not escape.

Back at the Choudhary mansion, Rewati takes Aliya to her room while Sam threatens to call the police at Ishani.

Ishaani does not budge and tells him to go ahead and call the police as they will help her finding Nayantara.

Sam calls a servant Vikas who lies that Nayan is resting in her room.

Ishaani demands to see Nayan and Samrat takes her to Nayan's room while no one is in the room.

Ishani gets suspicious when they hear the noise coming from the bathroom.

Sam states that Nayan is showering in the bathroom and goes there.

He knocks on the door and Nayantara's voice tells him that she is showering.

Ishaani still refuses to leave without seeing her sister which angers Samrat.

He drags Ishaani out of the house and tells her to leave while Ishani calls him inhumane.

Later, Samrat re-enters his room, and Aliya & Revati comes out of the bathroom.

They praise each other for the plan to make Ishaani believe that Nayan is inside the bathroom using voice changing application.

On the other hand, Nayan looks out through the window after managing to get out of the ropes and wonders how to draw the attention of the people walking by.

Forming another idea, she breaks the window and uses the glass piece to reflect light on the opposite side.

At the same time, Prem comes there with the driver for his regular checkup while the doctor tells him to wait.

Prem goes towards the washroom when the light reflecting on him draws his attention towards Nayantara.

Nayan hears his voice and calls out to him as he tells her that he will help her.

However, Nayantara tells him to go to someone else and ask for help.

Prem goes to the security guard and asks him for help while the security guard is a little skeptical thinking that Prem is confused.

Back at the Choudhary House, Mohit is feeling confused while Samrat calls out to him.

Mohit comes downstairs and gets shocked to see Seema (Mohit's mother) who is thanking Revati for bringing her to India.

Mohit and Seema go upstairs while Sam tells Revati that he's worried Mohit will reveal the truth to Seema Aunty.

However, Revthi tells him that Seema knows how much she is indebted to them and will not let Mohit stray away from his decision to marry Alia.

Back at the hospital, the security guard goes to check the basement area where Samrat's goon lies to him that he is a new guard hired by the hospital.

He even shows a fake ID card to the security making him believe that he is a security guard and that Prem is lying.

Meanwhile, back at Choudhary's mansion, Mohit reveals the whole truth to Seema who feels guilty for bringing her son so much pain.

She tells Mohit that he should not back down from his true love and tells him to fight back.

At the hospital, Nayantara starts banging on the door which alerts the security guard and he points a gun at the goon demanding he opens the door.

Samrat's goon reluctantly opens the door and Nayantara comes out of there.
