Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 3rd March 2023 episode starts with Mansi threatening Raghav that she won't leave him as easily as Samrat and Mohit did.

Mansi angrily speaks to Raghav that he deserves to rot in hell while Samrat steps forward and reminds Mansi that this shouldn't be foreign to her.

Samrat reminds Mansi that she must realize how it feels to be betrayed but adds that he isn't feeling bad about her because then, there wouldn't be any difference between her and him.

Samrat tells Nayan to help Ishani and tells Mohit to come with him. 

The reporters try to question Ishani but Samrat tells them that it is not the time for a question. 

In the meantime, Mohit is losing his mind thinking about the Ishani and Raghav together. 

Just then, Samrat comes there offering comfort and tells him to calm down. 

Samrat asks Mohit why was Ishani not with him and why did he not tell him that Ishani is not with him. 

However, Samrat is shocked to hear that Mohit was in the hospital with Seema the whole night. 

Mohit tells him that after getting the call from his mother he tries to search for Ishani and then leaves in a hurry leaving a message on Ishani’s phone. 

Mohit tells him that in his stress he forgot to check up on Ishani and thought that she must be with him and Nayan. 

Samrat apologizes for not picking up his phone in the morning as he was worried for Nayan and came there to search for her. 

Meanwhile, Ishani rubs her head vigorously and cries, asking Nayan how did this all happened to her and she should have been more careful around Raghav.

Nayan consoles and apologizes to Ishani for not taking care of her as she had to go home to Prem.  

In a flashback, Nayantara gets a call from Chintu who tells her that Prem is missing her and not able to sleep. 

Nayan tells Prem to not worry and asks Chintu to play with him.

In the meantime, Samrat is in the car drinking alcohol and remembering Mansi forcefully kissing him. 

Seeing Nayan’s number, he decides to not take the call as he cannot face Nayan in this condition and mental state. 

Nayan gives up searching for Samrat and takes a cab to go home. 

Seeing Nayantara, Prem hugs her and tells her to not leave him ever as he cannot live without her. 

Nayan comforts him and helps Prem to sleep with Chintu.

In the morning, after seeing Samrat rush outside, Nayantara follows him too.

On the way, Aliya tells Nayan that Sam still loves Mansi and would have gone to stop the marriage. 

She also emphasizes that no one forgets their first love and for that, they can go to any length to get them back. 

The flashback ends and Ishani tells Nayan that she has only drank the juice that Nayan gave to her after her performance.

On being told about the juice, Nayantara realizes that the juice was meant for her and that Raghav must have sent it for her. 

Ishani feels anxious and asks Nayan how will she face Mohit with all this baggage while Nayan tells her that Mohit’s love for her is very profound and they will together win this battle of life. 

On the other hand, Mansi is walking on the road in an inebriated state and falls after a while. 

Just then, a car stops beside her and Aliya comes out and taunts her for coming on the road literally. 

Aliya offers to get Mansi’s first love back if she agrees to help her get her love back.
