Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 3rd November 2023 episode starts with Mahima's goons putting Arjun inside a cold storage unit while they wait for Kaashvi who on the other hand, notices that there is no temple in the location. 

Just then, Mahima notices Arjun's car and wonders what Arjun is doing there thus leading her to search for Arjun.

Seeing her, Mahima's goons tell Kaashvi that they will take her to Arjun during which they make Kaashvi unconscious and put her inside a cold storage unit.

On the other hand, Dadi apologizes to Jagdish for coming to his house without permission since she wants to perform puja as it is the last day of Navratri.

However, Jagdish tells her that she can surely perform the puja. 

Seeing Dadi, Mahima asks her about Kashvi when Dadi tells her that Kaashvi must be in the office leading Mahima to ask her where she's staying.

Dadi suggests Mahima not show fake concern following which Mahima begins to argue but Nitya cuts them short, adding that they should perform puja.

In the meantime, Kashvi applauds herself for acting like she lost her consciousness after which she wonders about the goons and why they brought her to cold storage.

Just then, she gets shocked upon seeing Arjun and tries to wake him up during which she confirms that Arjun is alive while wondering who locked them in.

Meanwhile, Dadi prays to god so that he can save Kashvi and Arjun's relationship when Mahima tells her that she is ready to help her.

Dadi scolds Mahima, adding that Arjun and Kaashvi will reunite soon and walks away from there while Mahima thinks that Dadi's dream will be shattered since Kaashvi will soon die leading her to get Arjun.

At the storage, Arjun struggles to breathe, making Kaashvi worried and ultimately deciding to give his body heat to him.

Thus deciding, Kashvi tells Arjun to keep his eyes open after which she unbuttons his shirt and hugs him so that he can seep in her warmth while Arjun hugs her.

Later, Mahima notices the goon's missed call and calls him when the goon tells her that he locked Kashvi inside the cold storage unit. 

Mahima's happiness knows no bounds when she hears about this thus leading her to tell Nitya about it, adding that she has to go to pay goons.

After some time, just as Mahima is about to give the money to the goons she halts since she wants to see Kashvi once.

Hearing her, the goons tell her that they locked Arjun inside the cold storage unit as he came searching for Kaashvi leading Mahima to slap him.

Mahima then orders the goons to lead her to the cold storage frustratedly adding that if Arjun suffers, they are doomed.

At Bajwa House, Nitya attempts to take the post office key from the flower pot but Jagdish comes in and seeing her worried, asks if she's fine.

Nitya tells Jagdish that she's stressed when Jagdish asks her about Arjun since he didn't get him over the call.

On the other side, Mahima asks the goons to switch off the cooling system during which she asks the goons to open the door and the goons obey her.

Mahima enters but gets shocked seeing a shirtless Arjun and Kashvi hugging together during which Kashvi displays signs of gaining back her sense, making Mahima quickly go away.
