Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 3rd October 2022 episode starts with Rudra’s car crashing due to a speeding massive truck.

The windows break as Preesha and Rudra get thrown out of the car on either side of the road.

Rudra hits his head against a rock whereas Preesha’s forehead bleeds as she hurts her head too.

Meanwhile, Sharda, Saaransh, and Ruhi pray to Goddess Durga for Preesha to gain memories.

As if the goddess has heard their prayers, Preesha regains her memories and wishes to tell Rudra about it but is too weak to walk over to Rudra's side.

Rudra’s car gets blasted while Arman comes to check on Preesha. 

An injured Rudra asks Arman to release Preesha from his arms but Arman says now is not the time to faint because Preesha might die.

They both admit Preesha to a hospital while the nurse cleans the wound on Rudra’s forehead.

He informs Sharda about the accident on call and Sharda arrives at the hospital in no time along with the kids, Pihu, Raj, and Digvijay.

Afterward, the doctor tells Rudra that Preesha’s condition is not normal and she is kept under observation because her brain has been hurt.

Pihu consoles the kids while Rudra prays to the gods to save Preesha.

He asks a pandit if he can do the Puja and the pandit allows Rudra to do the Aarti.

Rudra forcefully demands the Goddess to give him back his Preesha and Ruhi and Saaransh join him as well.

Later, Preesha wakes up and asks the nurse where is her family.

Preesha names Rudra, Ruhi, and Saaransh, and the nurse goes outside to call them.

However, Arman tells the nurse he will call Rudra but inwardly, Arman says he won’t let Rudra unite with Preesha.

Outside, Arman sees Raavan’s structure kept outside for burning and he decides to cut the ropes so when the Raavan is lit, everyone nearby gets hurt including Rudra and the kids.

As the nurse is going inside Preesha’s room, Digvijay distracts her and Arman replaces Preesha’s medicines with the ones that can make her asleep for some time.

The nurse tells Preesha that Rudra is doing Puja at a pandal and she can see them through the window.

With teary eyes, Preesha says she wants to go see them but the nurse says Preesha must eat her medicine first.

Preesha looks through the window and talks to herself asking Rudra to come to her fast as she cannot live without him anymore.
