Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 4th November 2023 episode starts with Mahima seeing Arjun and Kashvi and slapping the goon, stating that she can't even save Arjun because Kashvi is conscious. 

Outside, the goon asks Mahima to give his money to him leading her to give them money and ultimately sending the goons away.

Further, she calls Nitya and tells her everything, making Nitya state that she will kill her if anything happens to Arjun.

In the cold storage, Kashvi examines Arjun and thinks that he is better now, noticing the open door she thanks god following which she takes Arjun to the city hospital.

Mahima sees this and informs about it to Nitya at the same time, pledging to herself that she won't let Kashvi stay with Arjun for a long time.

In the hospital, the doctor tells Kashvi that Arjun has not crossed the critical stage yet when the nurse suggests Kashvi pray in the hospital temple.

Kashvi goes to the temple, asking God to save Arjun when Mahima enters Arjun's room and apologizes to him in the process learning that Arjun is stable.

Just then, Nitya and Jagdish enter during which Mahima tells them that Arjun is stable now while Arjun regains his consciousness and asks them how he reached there.

Mahima lies, stating that she saved Arjun from the cold storage and admitted him to the hospital but Arjun states that he felt as if Kashvi saved him.

Jagdish asks Mahima how she knew Arjun was in cold storage when Mahima says that she put a tracker in Arjun's mobile, making Arjun tell Mahima not to track him.

However, Jagdish and Nitya say thanks to Mahima and Mahima tells them that she is glad that Arjun is fine, adding that they need not thank her after which Nitya and Mahima go out.

Arjun tells Jagdish that he went to the cold storage to save Kashvi, making Jagdish scold him, stating that since Kashvi doesn't care about him he too shouldn't care about her.

Jagdish urges Arjun to stop thinking about Kashvi because she is ruining his life and orders him to never meet Kashvi again while from outside, Kashvi hears everything.

Kashvi misunderstands Arjun to thinks the same as Jagdish since he does not oppose Jagdish's statement and further decides not to burden Arjun by expressing her feelings to him and walks away. 

In the meantime, Arjun tells Jagdish that Kashvi supported him always, adding that Kashvi saved their family reputation when Mahima eloped with Pradyuman. 

Arjun further adds that Kashvi motivated him to prepare for civil exams again thus praising Nayantara to have given a good upbringing to Kashvi as she could not lie.

Jagdish tells Arjun that Kashvi arranged a lie detective test for Mahima while Arjun tells him that there is friendship and trust between him and Kashvi still so he can't leave Kashvi.

Later, Kashvi recalls Jagdish's words and tells Dadi that Arjun doesn't love her, adding that no one likes her in the Bajwa house but Dadi tells her that they are angry with her.

Kashvi tells Dadi about Jagdish and Arjun's conversation when she decides to go to the Bajwa house to take Nayantara's photo.

At night, Kashvi spots a shooting star from her window and prays to god to reunite her and Arjun if they're made for each other despite their painful separation.
