Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 5th February 2023 episode starts with Samrat making a face as all the media people rush into the house.

Noticing Samrat’s angry expression, Revthi asks him to calm down and just smile at the press and pretend that he is so much in love with Nayantara.

Malti stands quietly in one corner while Nayantara descends downstairs, wearing a different saree than Samrat gave her.

Samrat’s face hardens as he curses Nayan’s audacity to turn down his request while Revthi reminds him to smile again.

Revthi announces that they should begin the Muh Dikhayi ceremony while Samrat squeezes Nayantara while she gets grumpy.

Revthi does aarti of Samrat & Nayantara together while Revthi says she has a surprise for Nayan.

She says she will give a generational diamond set to Naynatara as she deserves it.

However, when Revati opens the jewelry box, she pretends to be shocked as the box is empty.

Nayantara looks suspiciously at Revthi when she asks Malti to continue the ceremony while she goes to check where the necklace is upstairs.

However, Revthi bumps into Malti purposefully and her bag drops on the floor, revealing the same necklace that got lost.

Revati frames Malti to be a thief in front of everyone and says she never knew Malti was very greedy.

Malti’s face falls as if she didn’t steal it while Nayantara understands this tactic to be Samrat’s.

Unable to let Malti get humiliated, Nayantara reveals that it is not Malti who stole it but one of Samrat’s tactics to let down her mother in front of everyone.

Samrat stays nonchalant and asks Malti to ask for forgiveness as now she doesn’t have to care about their poor condition.

Nayantara says enough and tells all the media people that Samrat is a monster and married her twice by tricking her.

As soon as Nayantara says this, a woman in a black saree appears and asks Nayantara not to pass such boorish comments to her husband.

The woman turns out to be Mansi, Samrat’s-ex who says that she was once married to Samrat and knows he cannot do this.

Revthi looks at Samrat while Samrat glares at Mansi.

Revthi asks them to sort their matter privately while Malti leaves, thinking about what kind of a man Samrat is.

Nayantara asks Malti not to worry and go home while Malti sadly says that even though they are poor, she never had to lay her hands open in front of anybody.

Malti cries while Nayan comforts her and hails an autorickshaw to drop Malti home.

Just then, Nayantara sees Prem playing with a puppy while a car speeds in front of him.

Meanwhile, Samrat asks Mansi why she is here while she smirks at him.
