Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 5th March 2023 episode starts with Samrat telling the stranger woman that he does not know her and there is no place in this house for Mansi. 

He tells her to take Mansi back to where she found her. 

Mansi looks haggard and asks him where she would have gone and how her life has been ruined after today’s episode. 

Mansi sympathizes with Ishani and admits that Samrat was right about her Karma coming to haunt her. 

She asks him what is her child's fault in all this and begs Samrat to let her stay with him. 

However, Samrat tells her that he does not care where she goes but she cannot live here. 

Mansi requests him to let her live here for the sake of her child in her belly but Samrat threatens her to leave this instant.

Nayan comes to Mansi’s rescue, telling Samrat to look carefully at Mansi who is pregnant and alone. 

Samrat tells Nayan that he does not care for Mansi and sees no reason to help her. 

However, Nayan tells him that they are not like her and cannot leave her alone in times of need. 

She asks him to let Mansi stay until she gets her own place and Mansi feels relieved, telling Samrat that she will forever be indebted to him.

She also thanks Nayan while Nayan tells her that it is only a temporary arrangement out of humanity.  

Later, Nayantara asks Samrat if he still feels for Mansi and Samrat gets outraged and tells her that he has no feelings for Mansi.

Nayan asks him why did he leave her alone at the party the other night if he has no feelings for Mansi. 

Samrat recalls the kiss and feels ashamed but remains quiet and tells Nayan that Raghav’s attitude made him so angry that he had to leave. 

Meanwhile, Mansi tells Aliya about her kiss with Samrat as she will use this information to instigate a break-up between Samrat and Nayan. 

The next morning, Mansi wakes up feeling happy when Nayan brings her breakfast. 

Mansi looks grateful, telling Nayantara that she did not expect this generosity despite what happened between Samrat and her on Sangeet night. 

On being asked, Mansi tells Nayantara that she and Samrat shared a passionate kiss.

Nayantara is shocked to hear this and Mansi says she never wanted to tell this but it just slipped her mind. 

Nayantara tells Mansi that she knows her too well to believe her but Mansi asks Nayan to confirm it with Samrat.

Mansi tries to look guilty and tells her that it was a moment that passed between them and nothing more. 

Nayan stays calm and tells her that it is not her fault and goes from there. 

However, Mansi smiles to see the blank expression on Nayan’s face and states that she will break up Nayantara's relationship with Samrat. 

After a while, Nayan comes to wake Prem when Samrat requests her to sew a button in his favourite shirt but Nayan breaks all of them and glares at him before leaving the room. 

Samrat looks shocked at Nayan’s behaviour. 

Later, Mansi comes to the breakfast table, telling Prem that his wish has come true and his mother and father are finally living together. 

However, Nayan tells Prem that Mansi will stay here for a while. 

Samrat comes to the table where Mansi expresses her surprise at Samrat liking Upma for breakfast while Samrat tells her that his choice has changed for good. 

Later, Nayantara serves a very hot Upma to Samrat as a punishment that burns his tongue while Nayan looks happy telling Samrat that he deserves this for kissing Mansi.
