Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 5th November 2023 episode starts with Arjun almost unconscious inside the locked freezer while the two guards outside discuss what should they do as Kashvi hasn't arrived yet and they fear that someone from the man’s family will not come.

Meanwhile, Kashvi spots Arjun’s car and starts calling his name.

The guards go to her and say that if she wants to meet Arjun then she should go along with them. 

Kashvi thinks to herself that she has her doubts about the guards but has no choice but to go along with them. 

The guards then put chloroform near her nostrils, making her unconscious and locked her in the freezer too.

Meanwhile, Dadi goes to Jagdish’s house and tells him that no matter what is going on between Kashvi and Arjun, the pooja should not stop.

Mahima asks why is Dadi always so rude to her and then asks her where are they living to which Dadi replies that there is no need for Mahima to show her fake concern and just get lost.

Back at the storage freezer, Kashvi opens her eyes in the freezer and says to herself that she knew they were going to play some trick on her, that's why she helped her breathe and acted like she was unconscious.

Kashvi then finds Arjun who is unconscious and starts shaking him so that he opens his eyes.

She puts her head on his chest to see if he is alive and then wonders what is happening.

Back at the house, Dadi is praying while performing the Pooja that all the misunderstandings between Kashvi and Arjun come to an end and bring them together as they are very much in love with each other.

Mahima adds that if she and Kashvi need anything then they should come to her to which she replies that she is not Arjun and that she will be manipulated by her.

Meanwhile,  Mahima thinks that by now his guards must have held her hostage and Kashvi must be dying after which Arjun will be all hers.

Elsewhere, Kashvi keeps trying to warm Arjun whose lips have gone blue while telling him that she is very much in love with him.

She takes off his shirt and hugs his body to give him warm heat.

She lies him down and lies on top of him to keep him as warm as possible.

Back at the house, Mahima calls the guards back and asks them if they did what they were told to which they reply that they have done what she asked and now they want their payment.

After a while, Mahima asks the guards to take her to Kashvi to which the guards reply that they have trapped a guy named, Arjun into the storage because he came looking for Kashvi.

Mahima slaps a guard across his face and says that he has no idea how big of a blunder they have committed.

All three of them rush inside where Kashvi and Arjun are locked.

Mahima finds Kashvi lying on top of shirtless Arjun which makes Mahima furious.

Back at the house, Nitya finds an opportunity to take the key as no one is looking but as she's about to pick it up, she is stopped by Jagdish.

Jagdish does not notice that she is going after the key and asks her where Arjun is.
