Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 5th October 2022 episode starts with Preesha telling Rudra that she will go back to Arman, pretending not to remember her past.

However, Rudra can't take risks with Preesha again as he doesn't want to lose her.

Meanwhile, Saaransh and Ruhi suggest Rudra agree to Preesha's plan since they cannot let Arman run away like before.

Preesha says Arman will be the one to get betrayed this time as Rudra asks Preesha to be in contact with him.

In Arman's wardroom, Preesha asks Arman about his health as he slowly rises from his hospital bed.

Being irritated, Arman questions Preesha about the reason for throwing her shawl and wheelchair at him to run toward Rudra.

Preesha lies and says she went to save Ruhi & Saaransh but Arman is sure that Preesha went to save Rudra.

Just then, Rudra comes and tells Arman that Preesha won't save him since she hates him so much.

However, a stubborn Arman gets stuck and asks Preesha the reason for declaring herself as Rudra's wife to the nurse but both Rudra & Preesha pretend to hate each other as Rudra introduces Vanshika as his new wife.

However, Arman does not believe Rudra one bit. 

Back at Thakur House, Preesha asks Arman to rest while she goes to prepare lunch in the meantime. 

A worried Arman then tells Chacha Ji that he feels Preesha's memories have returned and she is acting but Digvijay asks Arman if Preesha's memories have returned, why would Rudra allow Preesha to come here again.

However, Arman has a plan to find out whether Preesha is acting or not.

Later, Digvijay compliments Preesha on her cooking skills when Arman states that he would like to take Preesha out shopping.

After Preesha goes to change, Arman informs Digvijay that he is taking Preesha out because he wants to see whether Preesha will keep on acting in front of her Appa or not. 

On the other hand, Raj tells Pihu that Vidyut hurt his hand while saving her and Pihu apologizes to Vidyut for misunderstanding him.

However, an angry Vidyut leaves Pihu & Raj alone, making Pihu curious about his good behaviour with Pihu whenever she is in danger. 

Before leaving for shopping, Preesha informs Rudra about Arman taking her out shopping at a jewelry shop.

Meanwhile, Pihu feels bad when Raj denies singing for a college event because he has already signed up with a recording company.

Raj says he can't take any more risks as he cannot ruin Rudra's reputation anymore after the Kalindi incident. 

At the jewellery store, Preesha gets surprised when she sees Gopal working as a salesman while Arman tries to read Preesha's expression.

Preesha realizes Arman's motive for bringing her to the jewellery shop to test whether her memories have returned or not.

Gopal stays silent as Preesha introduces Arman as her husband and he also pretends not to know Preesha in front of Armaan because something seems fishy.
