Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 7th February 2023 episode starts with Nayantara being very generous to Prem and and tries to get him out of sadness.

However, Mansi approaches them and makes an awful scene as she doesn't let Prem hug her and clearly states that Prem will have to stay with his father, Samrat, instead of her.

Mansi orders to give out all Prem's belongings at Samrat's house while Revati is very angry with Mansi and Prem and says she will not let Prem destroy Samrat's image and professional life as a singer.

Revati also decides to send Prem to a faraway orphanage so nobody gets to know that Samrat has a son and his reputation doesn't get spoiled.

However, Nayantara gets angry hearing how cruel Revati can be and challenges her not to make such decisions or else she will reveal Samrat's relationship with Mansi which will affect both Revati's and Samrat's reputation.

Nayantara also says that being the legal wife of Samrat, she will take care of Prem.

After Nayantara and Prem exit, Revati takes up the challenge to take revenge on Nayantara for talking to her in such a rude manner.

On the other hand, Samrat is very angry about Mansi coming after 5 years to tell him about Prem when Samrat is already succeeding in his life.

Samrat fears that this news to the media will destroy his reputation in front of his fans while Revthi comes to calm down Samrat.

Revati also informs Samrat that Nayantara has decided to take care of Prem and so now, they both have to plan how to get Samrat to divorce Nayantara first and then they can deal with her & Prem later

Meanwhile, Prem is thankful to Nayantara for fighting with Revati for him as no one has ever done such a thing for him.

Nayantara asks Prem to smile and tries to make him happy by tickling him.

Somewhere from Shimla, Ishani calls Malti and says that she is in Shimla with Mohit and applied for marriage whose date will come in a day or two. 

Ishani also asks Malti not to tell anyone that she and Mohit are in Shimla and hearing the good news.

Sensing Ishani's happiness, Malti decides not to tell her about the trouble Nayan is and asks Ishani to inform her as soon as she gets married.

In the evening, Samrat is desperate to see who Mansi is with so he hides in his car and spies on Mansi who gets in another car with a man.

Samrat realizes that all Mansi wanted was money and nothing else and vigorously chugs down alcohol.

Meanwhile, Nayantara is sure that Samrat does not know that Revthi wants send Prem to an orphanage and she feels that Samrat will stop her if he gets to know it.

Samrat enters home drunk after drinking a lot and shouts that he doesn't want anyone to help him.

However, when Samrat tries walking up the stairs in his drunken state, he almost falls down but Nayantara catches him in time.

"Dil Sambhal Ja Zara" song plays in the background as they look into each other's eyes.

Although Samrat denies her help, Nayantara gradually brings him up in the bedroom.

Samrat pulls Nayantara on top of him as he asks her to never leave him alone but shockingly adds Mansi's name after it.

Nayantara understands that Samrat still loves Mansi very much and never wants Mansi to leave him alone in his mind.

However, suddenly Samrat realizes that not Mansi but Nayantara is beside him and stops babbling his heart out.
