Today's Yeh Hai Chahatein 9th November 2023 episode starts with Mahima calling the doctor to thank her for lying and asking for the pregnancy report.

The doctor asks her to come with Arjun in the evening, further stating that she will show him the report.

Mahima attempts asking the further questions but the doctor state that she'll handle it, askin Mahima to bring the money.

In the meantime, Mahima thinks to take Arjun to the hospital and show him the report. 

On the other hand, Dadi tells Kashvi that she is very happy to know about her pregnancy and asks her about Arjun.

Kashvi states that the doctor called her for sonography after which she'll think about talking to Arjun. 

Meanwhile, Mahima tells Arjun that she is going for sonography, asking Arjun to come with her, making him agree.

Soon, Arjun and Mahima come to the hospital for the sonography leading the receptionist to ask Arjun to fill out the form.

Just then, a veiled Kashvi comes in with Dadi while Arjun feels Kashvi's presence and sees her. 

He thinks that he will not let Kashvi go away from him and collides with the peon leading him to go behind the wrong girl, instead of Kashvi. 

Inside, the doctor does Kashvi's sonography and shows her unborn baby, making Kashvi emotional.

Outside, Mahima asks Arjun why he left her and came outside, making Arjun state that he came to see Kashvi.

Mahima blames Arjun for running behind her and Kashvi at the same time while Arjun states that he was never behind her and goes inside.

The doctor asks Mahima to come inside and shows the fake report which is in her name, making Mahima happily give her the money.

The woman states everything to be fine for Arjun, stating that Mahima is one month pregnant.

Arjun looks at the sonography report and thinks the baby would be his and Kashvi's, further deciding to make some decisions.

The next day, Kashvi thinks to tell Arjun about the baby and comes to his house but finds the house decorated, making her wonder about the happenings. 

Just then, she hears the priest chanting the mantras and sees Arjun's wedding, making her feel disheartened.

Kashvi thinks that Arjun was never hers as he moved on rapidly while the priest asks Arjun to fill Mahima's 'maang', making Arjun imagine Kashvi in place of her.

Kashvi doesn't look at the bride and cries turning her face while Arjun makes Mahima wear mangalsutra, recalling his marriage with Kashvi.

The priest states that the marriage is completed while Kashvi comes out and pledges to love her baby, so that he never misses Arjun.

After 8 months, Dadi asks Kashvi not to lift heavy things and says she will do the work when suddenly, Kashvi gets labour pain and Dadi calls the hospital for an ambulance.

Somewhere, Mahima is exercising with Arjun when she asks Arjun to help her in wearing shoes. 

Mahima thinks that since Arjun didn't know about her fake pregnancy, he thinks to gift a baby to him, through Dr. Payal. 

Just then, Romila comes and hugs Mahima, following which she fixes her fake tummy while Mahima thinks about how Romila came to know of her lies.

She tells Arjun that she's hungry, making Arjun go while Romila tells Mahima that she's enjoying herself, whereas Kashvi is hiding her face as being pregnant, shocking Mahima.
