Today's Yeh Jhuki Jhuki Si Nazar 18th June 2022 episode starts with Brij being brought to the operation theatre, seeing which Diya demands to see her father before the surgery. 

Palki says that she made Brij meet the fake donor and he wrote a letter for the fake donor which Diya reads out. 

The letter thanks the donor and calls him a life-saver. 

The doctor comes and tells Diya to get ready for the surgery. 

Armaan tells Diya not to worry and says that he is there for her and walks her towards the operation room. 

The doctor enters the room and Diya tells him to not tell Brij that she is her donor. 

Meanwhile, Brij asks a doctor in the operation room to see if Diya is waiting outside. 

Brij says that even if he saw her once, the operation would go smoothly for him. 

The nurse tells Diya to change into operation clothes and hand over her jewellery to Armaan. 

Diya takes off her jewellery and Armaan wraps her nuptial chain across his wrist to make sure she always stays with him. 

Outside the operation theatre, Palki is walking in long strides as she is worried about the operation and Anjali tells her to sit down instead of walking. 

Meanwhile, Sudha has locked herself in the room while Krish, Saloni and the other family members try to make her come out. 

The operation begins as the doctor gives anaesthesia to Diya and Brij.

The doctors talk among themselves that Diya is losing breath and he increases her supply of oxygen. 

Palki consoles Anjali and says that both Diya and her father will be safe. 

The operation ends and the doctor comes out of the operation room and tells Armaan that Diya is out of danger now. 

Armaan goes into the room where Diya is resting after the operation and tells her that Brij is safe as well. 

Saloni prays to the Ganesha idol at home and asks for Diya to be safe, as she wants Armaan to be happy. 

She holds a book in her hand with Armaan’s photos all over it and places her hand over his pictures and then keeps the book back. 

Bhavana walks into the temple area after Saloni and sees that book. She is shocked to see Armaan’s face and drawings all over it. 

She realises that Saloni holds affection for Armaan and decides that she won’t let Diya come back into the house at any cost.
