Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 10 April 2021 episode starts with Sirat trying to talk to Kartik but she couldn't as he is busy. Sirat says that she will speak to him tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Rhea tries to speak with Sheela but Sheela does not talk to her.

In the morning, Sirat wakes up seeing a dream and decides to talk to Kartik.

Suvarna and Maaji go to the temple and ask Rhea to take care of the kids. Sheela wants to join them but Rhea stops her. She asks about the secret but Sheela does not reveal it.

Kartik sees Sirat tensed and try to cheer her. At the home, Rhea is fed up with kids as they trouble her.

Kartik asks Sirat about what she wants to tell him. Sirat is about to say but someone asks for help and Kartik agrees.
Back at home, everyone laughs seeing Rhea's condition.

Kartik and Sirat reach the temple. Sirat tells him that she wants to tell him about her past. Kartik thanks her that she thought of sharing with him but she doesn't need to as it doesn't matter to him. But Sirat urges to tell him and Kartik agrees to listen.

Sirat tells Kartik that she met him in her school days. She used to be sad all the time, but he used to take care of her all the time.
