Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 7 January 2021 episode starts with Naira falling from the cliff while Kartik is not able to grab her hand.

Grief overwhelms the Goenka's while Kartik gets all over the place to search for her from the cliff.

He decides to go for her. At the same time, the rescue team arrives and stops him from going.

Naksh pleads the police and wails for Naira. The police control Kartik and Naksh as they are going out of their minds.
