Today's YRKKH 13 Aug episode starts with Naira asking Kartik about Manish’s reports. Kartik accuses Naira of Manish’s condition and reveals Manish has swelling in his brain.

Suvarna is shocked to learn the truth while others want to get Manish treated. Kartik and Naira are shattered to see Manish’s condition and remember his past memories.

Naira blames herself while Kartik also thinks Naira is responsible for Manish’s condition. The doctor is not able to come so they decide to give sleep medicine to Manish.

Akhilesh goes on the terrace to call Kartik to help his father. He asks Kartik to talk to Manish and make him respond. Kairav calls at the same time and Akhilesh picks up the call accidentally.

Kartik talks to Kairav and realizes he needs to become a father for his father. Later, Kartik tries to talk to Manish and make him take medicine. Naira gets Manish’s attention and eats medicine in front of him.

Manish copies her and takes the medicine along with water. Naira asks Gayu to tell Suvarna to break her fast drinking Manish’s leftover water. Manish sleeps in the hall while Suvarna is shattered to see his condition.

Kartik takes Manish in his arms to the room. He further stays in the room with him just like he used to stay with him in his childhood.
