Today's YRKKH 14 Sep episode starts with Kartik deciding to give supplements to Naira. He finds Naira dancing in joy and gets confused. She asks Kartik to guess while Kartik is unable to understand her clues.

Surekha and Suvarna do preparations to send some food and gifts for the orphanage. Surekha misses Chori while they pray for Manish’s speedy recovery.

Naira shows Kartik the balloon and Kartik understands her clue. He asks if she has taken a test but Naira thinks her symptoms are similar to pregnancy. Kartik thinks it is because of deficiency while Naira also talks about her dream.

Naira rushes to get the balloon while Gayu learns about her pregnancy. Gayu calls everyone and wants Naira to reveal the truth. The whole Goenka family starts dancing to celebrate a happy moment after learning about the pregnancy.

Kartik gets worried to see his family so excited as Naira might not be pregnant. He tries to talk to Suhasini while she is too excited and starts celebrating.

Kartik tells Naira that she is not pregnant and reveals that she has deficiencies. However, Naira is sure she is pregnant and decides to take a pregnancy test.

Kartik gets restless outside the washroom while Naira reveals she is in fact pregnant. They both celebrate and feel complete again. Kartik gets excited and wishes to have a daughter.

Meanwhile, Kirti finds Naksh fuming in anger and question the reason for being mad. He shows her the photograph of Aditya and Krish and wants to know the truth.
