Today's YRKKH 16 Mar episode starts with Surekha getting upset with Luv and Kush’s arrest. Naira shows her grief for Luv and Kush and shows their care for them.

Kartik assures Suhasini that Luv and Kush will be alright in jail. Trisha leaves for Aashram while later Surekha decides to leave Goenka house. Kartik and Naira try to stop Surekha from leaving.

Surekha decides not to go while Kairav and Vansh wonder how to make everyone happy. They try to make the Holi happy while Surekha also decides to celebrate.

They also decide to play a few games. Kartik and Naira share some romantic moments together while Vansh and Kairav decide to sleep with Surekha and Akhilesh.

Samarth gets mad at Gayu for not taking medicine on time. Later, Kartik and Naira share some sizzling romance while playing Holi in their room.

In the morning, Kartik doesn’t let Naira get out of bed while everyone at the dining table waits for them and Gayu. At the same time, Gayu slips from the stairs and falls down.

Kartik and Naira find Gayu in a terrible state while Gayu asks not to tell anyone especially Samarth. She asks them to take her to the hospital. Gayu lies to Samarth that she is going to meet Trisha.

Kartik and Naira bring Gayu to the hospital for a check-up. They realize that Gayu is in a lot of pressure because of Samarth rather than the baby. Naira gets emotional to remember her past when she lost her daughter.

Kartik also gets emotional and consoles Naira. They further learn that Gayu and her baby are perfectly fine. The doctor asks them to make sure Gayu doesn’t take the stress.

Kartik learns that sister Leela has left the hospital as she is suffering from cancer and decides to help her.
