Today's YRKKH 20 Mar episode starts with Rama Daadi revealing that Naira’s family equation will change because of the kid. Naira is shocked to listen to it.

Gayu asks the cook to prepare a cake for Vansh while Samarth asks the cook to add less sugar. Gayu misunderstands Samarth while he reveals Vansh has pain in his teeth.

Manish and Suvarna decide to surprise Naira with a farmhouse. Later, Naira arrives and tells Kartik that Vivaan’s mother wants Gayu to give up Vansh to them as she is pregnant.

They want to adopt Vansh as he is their blood. Naira and Kartik decide not to tell anyone about the matter while Samarth overhears their conversation.

Samarth confronts Naira and Kartik and offers to handle the matter. Later, the Goenka family decide to plan something special for Suhasini on her birthday. They all decide to give a surprise party to her.

Later, Kartik and Naira cherish the moments spent with each other. Meanwhile, Bhabhi Maa and Devyani prepare for the arrival of Kirti and Krish. However, they learn that Naksh is not able to return because of the virus.

Kartik and Naira plan to celebrate Suhasini’s birthday at home because of the virus spread. Goenka family act they are busy on Suhasini’s birthday and she feels bad.

Later, the Goenka family discuss the outbreak of coronavirus and decide to take the required precautions. Kartik decides to close the offices while Manish is not able to arrange the cake.
