Today's YRKKH 3 Jan episode starts with Naira asking Kartik to come near her. Kartik is not sure if he should go near her but he is not able to stop himself.

Naira learns that Vedika gave her kidney to her and saved her life. She thanks Vedika for saving her while Kartik tries to tell Naira about Vedika’s terms.

At the same time, Pallavi arrives and interrupts him. After a few days, Vedika and Naira are about to arrive at Goenka house while Suhasini is happy for Naira’s arrival in their life.

Singhania family is ready to invite Vedika in their house. Later, Pallavi gets mad at the nurse for bringing Vedika’s file and acts weird.

Naira overhears the nurses talking about Pallavi’s weird behavior towards Vedika. They reveal that Pallavi takes care of Vedika and doesn’t let anyone else in her case.

Kartik arrives home but with Vedika instead of Naira. Goenkas get shocked to see Vedika and Manish ask for Naira. Vansh and Kairav find the car empty and ask for Naira.

Bhabhi Maa also asks Naira about her arrival in Singhania house but Naira remains silent. Meanwhile, Suhasini gets upset with Kartik while he declares that Vedika is their daughter-in-law.

Suhasini knows Vedika must have made the deal to remove Naira from Kartik’s life. Kartik takes a stand for Vedika and wants her to take rest. Vedika asks Kartik to support her and not to meet Naira ever.
