Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 10th April 2023 episode starts with Kairav and Muskaan playing a video game with Abheer while Abhinav tells Akshara that he saw Abhimanyu earlier and he looked sad and disturbed. 

Akshara gets serious and tells him that they should not concern themselves with him as he is just Abheer's doctor and nothing more to him. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu is lost in thoughts about Dr Sandeep's conversation about a twin pregnancy six years ago and mistakenly drops Ruhi’s project pillar which makes Ruhi complain. 

Aarohi offers to put it back but Abhimanyu tells her that he can take care of it but Manjari feels something amiss seeing Abhimanyu’s absence of mind.

On the other hand, Suhasini is talking about the Gangaur festival and expresses her wish for Aarohi and Akshara to perform the veneration together at Goenka's house.

However, Swarna objects to combining two families knowing Manjari’s feelings for Akshara. 

Suhasini tells her that if they continue to live in fear and remain apart, then that day is not far when they will forget each other and grow distant. 

Ignoring Swarna and Surekha’s suggestions, Suhasini calls Manjari to invite them to the festival and requests her to set aside her bitterness for Akshara for Abheer & Ruhi's sake.

Later, Manjari tells Aarohi and Abhimanyu about Suhasini’s invitation and that she does not want them to go there as she does not want to risk their relationship. 

Abhimanyu tries to convince Manjari but she scolds him.

Meanwhile, Swarna tells Suhasini that Manjari will only say no to the invitation and they cannot force Aarohi to attend as they have given up those rights on her when they married her. 

After a while, Abhinav and Akshara come to Abheer to find him watching Kartik’s album of Gangaur festival and get excited to dress traditionally and meet Ruhi, Aarohi and Abhimanyu. 

Hearing Abheer’s wish, Akshara and Abhinav tell him that they will not be joining them the next day which upsets Abheer. 

The next day, Birla and Goenka begin their day by performing veneration and talking about the significance of the day. 

Later, Shefali looks confused about participating in the festival but later decides to do the veneration for God. 

After some time, both families dance while Akshara and Aarohi give a solo performance which everyone enjoys. 

Suhasini longs to have all her family together and feels upset about Aarohi’s absence. 

Later, all couples make a sculpture of Lord Shiv as part of a ritual while Abhinav is mesmerised by Akshara’s beauty soiled with mud and applies some of it on his own to get Akshara’s attention. 

Akshara wipes it clean for the first time but Abhinav again applies it making Akshara realise his playfulness. 

Before she can wipe it, Abheer comes and wipe it from both their face spoiling the chance for Abhinav. 

Surekha observes the playful exchange between the couple and thinks wickedly about how the hero and heroines have changed despite the story being the same. 

At the Birla house, Abhimanyu helps Aarohi make the sculpture and explains to her that being a doctor makes the work easier as they just have to apply anatomical science to turn it into art.
