Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 10th August 2023 episode starts with Muskaan throwing Abhimanyu on the floor while Akshara, Abhimanyu and Kairav are shocked at Muskaan’s behaviour. 

Akshara tells her to let Abhimanyu go to the operation theatre as Abhinav needs him but Muskaan shouts telling her that Abhinav does not need Abhimanyu and she will not let him get close to him. 

Kairav also tells Muskan that Abhimanyu is trying to help them and Akshara offers her hand to help Abhimanyu get up.

However, Muskaan tells Akshara that the person she offering her hand is the person who has pushed Abhinav from the cliff. 

Akshara’s hands stopped midway while Muskaan tells her that Abhimanyu has taken Abhinav to the cliff to drink liquor and if she does not believe her then she can ask Manish. 

Just then Manish comes there and tells Akshara that he had seen Abhimanyu push Abhinav. 

Akshara gets angry on hearing this and makes Abhimanyu stand up by pulling his collar. 

She asks him why is it difficult for him to watch her happy and that he is that eclipse who eats away other people’s life.

Just then Manjari comes there telling Manish that he must have misunderstood as Abhimanyu is a life-saving doctor and he cannot kill anyone let alone Abhinav. 

Anand also tells them that even if Abhimanyu and Abhinav were drinking then it does not mean that Abhimanyu has pushed Abhinav. 

Aarohi is shocked to hear that Abhimanyu was going to operate after being drunk while Surekha tells her that it is clear that Abhimanyu was not drinking. 

Between these allegations, Abhimanyu tells Akshara to let him go inside the OT as Abhinav needs him but Akshara also gets hysterical and tells him to stay away from Operation Theater. 

Just then Kairav brings the police to get Abhimanyu arrested in an attempt to murder case. 

Manjari begs the inspector not to take Abhimanyu as he is a doctor and cannot do any such thing but no one listened to her. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi brings another heart surgeon telling the Goenkas that he will be doing Abhinav’s surgery. 

Afterwards, Akshara is shattered at the injustice while Aarohi and Swarna try to comfort her. 

On the other hand, Abhimanyu is thrown into lockup while Anand tries to put some pressure on the inspector but he tells them that Abhimanyu is under serious charges and will not be out even if a minister calls him.

Meanwhile, Akshara imagines Abhinav to be fine and with her telling her that everything will be alright. 

Manish is disheartened to see Akshara’s condition and tries to comfort her while Akshara cries realising the reality. 

Elsewhere, Abhimanyu asks the constable to let him make a call. 

On being refused, Abhimanyu tells him that he is not a criminal nor has the charges been proven so he deserves to make a call. 

Meanwhile, Akshara receives a call thinking it to be from a credit card company while Swarna tells Manish that this time Akshara is that woman whose husband was in the hospital because of her ex-husband. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi tells Muskaan that Akshara has not told Abheer about Abhinav while Muskaan asks her what will Akshara tell him. 

At the same time, Akshara tells Abhinav to fight for his life as she wants to spend her whole life listening to his PJs.
