Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 10th February 2023 episode starts with Aarohi telling Abhimanyu that Berries and Elaichi-flavoured jam was Akshara’s favourite and she learnt to make it from Swarna and she thinks that the jam is from Akshara. 

Abhimanyu tells her that his fate has taken him to Himachal where he met Akshara and her family. 

Meanwhile, Akshara tells Muskaan about her past which shocks her and she feels sympathy towards Akshara and Abhimanyu. 

Akshara asks Muskaan to always keep Abheer’s birth a secret from others so no one can find out about his true identity. 

The next day, Akshara is planning her day when Abheer hangs upside down from the table and opens the floodgates of memories. 

Just then, Abhinav comes to Akshara’s rescue and takes away Abheer from there. 

Akshara recalls today is the same day when Abhimanyu had proposed to her.

Akshara’s being gets jolted by the memory and she takes it out on Abhinav and regrets it later. 

After a while, everyone is saying their bye’s to Muskaan who is all packed to go.  

Abhinav and Akshara encourage her, saying that their best wishes and support will always be there with her. 

Abheer gives Muskaan a card to pass on to Abhimanyu so that he can give his review about the jam. 

Akshara gets agitated and scolds Abheer but he tells her that it will only benefit her business. 

Later, Abheer tells Akshara that he is MGH (Main Gussa Hoon) which makes Akshara guilty and she offers to take him out to dinner at night. 

Abhinav looks weird at Akshara’s suggestion but agrees to go. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi is talking about the horror of shock while Abhimanyu tells her that Mahima has taken responsibility for her accident. 

However, Aarohi refuses to believe the story and wonders who is she trying to save. 

Abhimanyu also agrees and tells her that he has asked Rohan to make discreet inquiries. 

Later, Ruhi comes to Abhimanyu saying that they should go out today maybe to a sunset point. 

Abhimanyu’s memory gets triggered hearing about the sunset point and with great difficulty, he composes himself and offers to take her to dinner. 

Ruhi gets excited and tells Aarohi and Manjari to come along as well. 

However, Manjari wants to play matchmaker and excuses herself and the rest of the family members too saying they three should go alone. 

Later, Manish tells Kairav to go pick up Muskaan from the airport as his doctor's appointment is clashing with her arrival time. 

Kairav tries to get away from the responsibility but has to cave in when Suhasini tells him that Akshara has asked one thing after such a long time and they cannot let her down. 

Later, Kairav tells them that he will be planning Suhasini’s birthday this year and offers to get anything she wants. 

However, his expression changes when Suhasini tells him that she wants Akshara on her birthday.
